Great location - amazing private beach - very family friendly - great welcoming staff - more than average breakfast - streets around and shops - very clean rooms and good room service.

It will be nice to have a staffed kids club with daycare service - no free WiFi in rooms

Team friendliness, lack of service, no proper policy to control the fake booked sunbeds , and smoking policy!

It was on the beach. Staff was nice.

Room smelled moldy, damp it was really bad. Had to keep door open. I tried to change rooms but they all had the same smell. Hotel needs updating not worth the money in my opinion. Breakfast was subpar.

The sea view was awesome. Breakfast is very good huge variety of western and eastern food that beach was clean with a nice beach bar there a lot of restaurants and massage bars and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious.

During dinner time the restaurant was pretty empty. We are the only ones a pizza and it was burnt and clearly pre-frozen. Most people as we learnt order from nearby restaurants which worked great

The location is the only thing going for this place.

The bed was rock hard, the food wasn’t good, the drinks were overly sugary, and the staff wasn’t helpful.

We had a great experience with Beyond Kata. The staff are very nice, the hotel is clean and feels very welcoming. The view and sunsets from the pool area is incredible. Highly recommended!

The beach in the front not clean

The location was fantastic, right on the beach and in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area. The room was clean, had a nice view and balcony. It was my partners birthday and the hotel sent up a cake to celebrate.

I like this place so much first because its at Kata beach and then because of the beach view and the design of the hotel! Then how good was the food at this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of its greatest advantages is the unbeatable location—right on the beach, which is rare to find. The property itself is beautiful, with an excellent beach and pools, including the private pool access from some rooms. The hotel staff were extremely kind, professional, and always eager to help. Breakfast was very good, and overall, the location is simply perfect!

On the first morning there was a bit of noise from hotel workers, but as soon as we mentioned it, the staff immediately took care of it and everything was perfect afterwards. The team really goes above and beyond. The rooms are a little dated, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell at times, but that’s part of the charm of Thailand—not everything is flawless. Despite these small details, I would absolutely return to this hotel without hesitation.

Highly recommend this hotel! Beautiful, calm and nice place! We have visited different beaches like Patong, Karon etc. but this beach is the best! Rooms are co clean and comfortable, there is smart TV, coffee machine with new high quality coffee capsules every day, water bottles etc. We definitely will come back again!

We extended our stay at Beyond Kata Resort and booked a different room type, which required switching rooms. The new room was very similar to the previous one—the main difference being that this one was on the ground floor. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. The resort’s location is excellent—just steps from Kata Beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and surf and dive rental shops nearby. The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A solid choice for anyone wanting easy beach access and local amenities.

the ground-floor rooms facing the property wall could be noisy, especially when it rained, due to the zinc-plated roofs of nearby shops. There was also an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke coming from outside at times.
