Andara Resort Villas

The resort is beautiful, the location is perfect, rooms are spacious and the staff are exceptional ! We had a wonderful stay. It was also nice that they had a dedicated area on the beach with a shuttle service to and from.

The TV systems in the room can use an upgrade

I recently stayed at Andra Resort with my family in the Three Pool View Suite, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly suited for families. Waking up each morning to the view of the pools and the surrounding landscape added something truly special to our stay.The resort facilities are top-notch. The pools are very well maintained, We also appreciated the variety of dining options every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and served in a pleasant atmosphere.What makes Andra Resort truly stand out is the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable,Their hospitality and professionalism really elevated the experience.Overall, Andra Resort is an ideal place for families looking to relax while still having plenty to enjoy. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to return.

Honestly, everything‘s the staff food spa and a swimming pool of course the room itself it’s really huge big and good facility

very nice hotel room, the staff is nice, the decor as well as the place itself the drivers who drop us off in our rooms are really adorable, it’s a very good hotel!

I absolutely did not like the staff of the restaurant who are execrable especially the hostess who welcomes with her glasses! smiling is free especially when they claim to be elected michelin in the past and also the choice of meals very very limited and always the same thing

We had a magnificent time at Andara. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and even more breathtaking than the photos online (which really don’t do it justice).The room, facilities, and service were uniquely designed and thoughtfully prepared. Our villa had a personalized flower arrangement that added such a warm and elegant touch – a true reflection of the care the staff put into every detail.The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made our stay extra special. A few names I remember are K. Lin, K. Pleum, K. Bella, K. Bank, and K. Mook – each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They accommodated our many requests with warmth and even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake when they found out we were celebrating.Breakfast was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and full of variety every day.This was truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. Excellent facilities. Exceptionally friendly staff. Kids loved “kids club”. Great breakfast choice and lovely restaurant. Didn’t leave the premises. Will definitely be back.

Amazing room: large, nicely furnished and appointed, wonderful private pool with view of the ocean, complete comfortable beds, full kitchen, beautiful bathrooms. Location is perfect, just minutes walk to Kamala beach. Great, high quality breakfast.

Excellent time at Andara; our second stay in 2 years. Had a 3 bed pool villa which was great for space and facilities. Staff always courteous and helpful. Resort facilities are great with ease of access to Kamala Beach and town. Large communal pool in resort. Sauna is fantastic form all kinds of treatments - visited twice with family and were able to make use of it on our last day before getting our transfer to airport. Excellent food options for all meals though we did get room service a lot of times as we enjoyed the villa and the opportunity to relax in the villa space.

The private pool surrounded by tropical greenery felt like our own hidden retreat.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Breakfast was delicious.If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway in Phuket, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Friendly staff Nice facility Very calm and relaxing atmosphere

Our stay was perfect. The hotel looked great in photos but it was even better in person. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and the breakfasts were the best I’ve ever experienced - incredibly wide selection. Also we didn’t know there is a shuttle to the beach included for guests which was extremely useful so made it very easy for us to get to Kamala beach and restaurants there. Generally the hotel staff paid great attention to detail which I really appreciate and feel makes the difference of a good and great hotel. Overall, our stay was very special and I’d happily visit again.

Nothing bad about the hotel but the area of Kamala Beach was not as nice as we expected.

We stayed at the 3bed pool villa which was large and spacious with a large pool. The facility for pick up a drop within a radius was very convenient. Staff were efficient.

It's a very nice property and clean. The villa itself looks really nice. Your staff were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. From the front, restaurant and the rest. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

Again, I didn't book a villa to just swim in the pool, I just wanted to chill, but it's hard if it's too deep. My husband is 5 10' and he also said the same thing that it's tiring. It's nice to just drink and talk. I can't do that at your pool. Even the big pool was also so deep, it was exhausting.

The hotel facilities are complete, but you can feel that the hotel facilities are quite outdated. The biggest problem is service, slow problem-solving speed, and low efficiency

The service efficiency of the waiters is relatively poor, and their English proficiency is very average

nice place. small good service. small place. the staff got to know us well. I got a good 60% discount and it was well worth it. but if I paid rack rate it would be overvalued

a bit of walk to the beach. Restaurant closes early. no room service late night.
