Cleanliness, beautiful and location was great.

Excellent location overlooking ocean with easy beach access. Beautiful grounds, very friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and 5 star restaurant. Great concierge for activity planning & transport.

The hotel was right on the water with amazing views. The salt water infinity pool was the best.

The bed was very hard.

Personal mango and passion fruits plate is good, and the fresh juice service is a bonus plus different kinds of hot beverages offered. However, the cooked food buffet could improve, but the dim sum is nice except the bao.

No more complimentary welcome drink at the bar. The happy drinks could start earlier.

The location was breathtaking beautiful. The hotel was elegant without being pretentious. The setting was unique being built right on the cliff. The sound of the waves hitting the rocks was hypnotic.

Large room, large bed, seaview, large bathroom but a little bit outdated and needs some refurbishing The staff is lovely and take care well of customers.Breakfast is also very good. Location is away from the crowd, 200 THB per Tuk Tuk to Kata Beach one way.

It’s a little paradise.. the view is so beautiful like you can stare hours and hours.. the location is perfect.. close to both beaches and to Kata center.. breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing

Room is not comfortable. Room decoration very old and all item inside the room was low grade even bathroom accessories also very old.

It’s location is fabulous and could not ask for more. The staff and service were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and the meals we have had there.

Maybe the availability of some lighter menu items especially for lunch or snacks.

The staff member on front desk was horrible to us as we were checking out. Service Fran staff could have been better.

I would not dream of staying anywhere other than Mom Tri's! It is such a special spot in Phuket. If you are looking to relax and pamper yourself stay here. The staff is absolutely incredible and it's really a serene magical spot. We even met the owner, which was very cool.

The view was outstanding and by far the best quality of this hotel. We stayed in a beach wing suite which was spacious, clean and beautiful with a nice balcony. We were given a complimentary drink and a 20 minute head massage each which was a nice touch.The location is convenient if you wish to explore kata and kata noi, as the hotel is located between these beaches with a direct access to kata noi and is a few minutes walk from kata beach.

The breakfast wasn’t great, with a pretty poor selection - even the eggs didn’t taste good. There were also ants on some of the food counters.The worst thing for us was the service - we expected a lot since the reviews praised the hotel for its exceptional service but the reception staff were so rude and unpleasant, and we were mostly met with sour faces and a condescending tone. While the housekeeping were much nicer, they knocked on our door to clean the room every morning at 10:30, which is a ridiculous time to be woken up, breakfast not even being finished yet. We won’t be back mainly for these reasons.

The gym air isn’t fresh.

It was peaceful and calming with a great pool and wonderful views of the ocean. Good food served there too and close to amenities. Spa was great and the staff were attentive and sweet

We had the suite which could probably use having more pillows on the bed.

Sat on a hill so no easy walks to either kata Noi or kata. It's not too bad but when it's so hot the walk back up seems impossible!!

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

If you book a transfer back to the airport it's worth checking they definitely have the details as ours hadn't been booked. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently once they realised though.
