No privacy in the room so not for the family or even couples who would like to share their bathroom habitsThe room window was tiny. Not sure why the bathroom had a bigger window than the room. Shower was messed up. . The shower head was clogged only with spray from some nozzle

The gym needs a major upgrade as well as the hotel rooms.

old fashion, bad smelling rooms bathroom and furniture, not enough electrical plug around bed. pool is not warmed up, old fashion yellow lightining. room make you feel like in 1940s. had one time breakfast and it was very poor.

we booked the pool access room. it was great, we used the pool alot more throughout the day.

the gym could have been better. carpet is quiet dusty, but other than that, all good. breakfast was average, could have done with more variation.

The hotel location is very good

The hotel is old, AC not working properly in my room, the pillows very hard and not comfortable. The breakfast isn’t the best, they don’t even have Nutella or chocolate croissant

The bathroom wasn’t very clean ( mould in a lot of places ), the bed was very uncomfortable and the variety of food for breakfast was very disappointing.

Very convenient. Well located by the beach and it has a motorbike rental service at the hotel which makes things very easy The room was very clean and very nicely presented

The deposit was expensive and some members of the staff were rude. I inquired about breakfast when checking in (breakfast time and how to pay) and without my knowledge they took money off of my deposit for breakfast for the first morning. I didn’t end up having breakfast on the first morning but when checking out they wanted money for it anyways. I finally convinced them I didn’t have the breakfast on the first morning and all seemed resolved until they sent a security guard to talk to me. He did not believe me and said ‘are you sure’. I couldn’t help but laugh and in the end I encouraged them to review the CCTV and they finally let me go. Not very welcoming.
