Beyond Resort Karon

The staff from reception, porters, restaurant team, pool service, all were amazing.

No iron in the rooms

Beautiful private beach area and sea views

The rooms could have been cleaned better and there were ants everywhere

The location was right on the beach and just steps away. Staff seemed happy and genuine unlike a previous hotel we stayed at

Caters to mainly Russians. Not diverse

The location is awesome, the two pools, great breakfast overlooking the beach, view from the 2nd floor great. Staff very professional. it being adults only is great.

I think they might have a bit of a scam going on. Took me to a room looking at the restaurant and when I refused it they happily offered to upgrade me for an extra charge each night. Said I had booked the last room which I seriously doubt.

Excellent room accommodations, breakfast was very nice, pool & bar staff were very accommodating.

Overpriced drinks, but somewhat expected at a resort. Was very disappointed by the amount of trash washed up on the beach daily... this is outside of the control of the resort, and we did see efforts to clean the beach, but it was very offputting.

Greatl location. Close to easy snorkelling, shopping and restaurants. Staff very polite and helpful.

Don't do laundry in hotel. Much cheaper on street.

The front counter staff was the most courteous and friendly that we have ever experienced when booking in at a hotel.

The view

No microwave or washing facilities

The resort was right on the beach, we got an ocean view room which was spacious and comfortable.

Everything was perfect

The location between kata beach and Karon Beach And exactly front of the beach , and very friendly staff

The hotel, not very clean Need more care about it And the breakfast not very good

The location and cleanliness

Fruit juice at breakfast were artificial Taxi to airport much more expensive than offers in the village….

The location and the staff at breakfast

Outdated , not well maintained, they just patch up for it not to show. The moldy smell in the room. The water dripping from walls.

The beach is just next to the pool. The room was species. the staff was very helpful and polite.

There is no elevator.

The property is quiet for where it is. The locations is nuts great. Beach and pool right in front of you, main street right behind you. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend and will book the same place again.

No bidet in the toilet.

Oceanfront hotel with lovely room, good restaurant and great bartender

Beautiful location, pool was lovely

Room was a bit rundown

The exceptional staff, attention to detail and the overall hotel. Staff made this holiday fabulous. Love them all. This is our fourth trip staying there. We would never stay anywhere else!

Good breakfast. Great views. Wonderful location.

Location - right on the stunning beach and close to everything that we needed. Staff were happy, friendly and always helpful. Lovely breakfast. Very relaxing six night stay.

All rooms face the ocean for a great view. We stayed on the 3rd floor..The staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good. The security guard in front was such a nice guy. We liked it all.
