The room was beautiful and so clean. The bathroom was great and the bed was so comfy!

The road was a little noisy but nobody’s fault.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. A Hidden Gem!. The modern tropical design with wooden accents, private balconies, and lush greenery makes it feel like a luxury jungle retreat. Our pool-access room was immaculate—spacious, stylish, and super cozy.

The price was very reasonable for what you get — definitely great value for money. I would happily stay here again next time I'm in Phuket!Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place near the beach without breaking the budget.

Room was very dark, because window overlooked the corridor, the price was too high for the old-fashioned rooms,the bathroom fans were black with dirt, too few sunbeds (only 4), I ordered taxi to the airport, it came 30 minute later :(

Some of the staff were very unprofessional and hostile while there were staff members who were very friendly. We booked two rooms with breakfast but first day one of the rooms didn’t get breakfast as the staff said there is no breakfast for one room. When we arrived initially we were given a room which was not clean and used by someone else.

Bed size is acceptable and toilet is big

Staff not hospitable and not friendly at all, been to Phuket so many times and its my first time to meet such staff. Room smell so bad when we arrived and lost of mosquitoes, I had to buy my own spray to make sure i sprat two times a day, breakfast so basic

The recpetion staff were friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The room was cleaned and restocked everyday. I was very happy with my stay.

I dislike the property overall. I actually stayed 1 night out of the 3 because it was that bad. If I was to pick one good thing I would say the distance to the red district.. about 20minutes.

The customer service was awful. Front desk was rude and took our passports with hands full of curry also asked to keep them, which was a concerning. cleaners didn’t speak English so the basic questions were hard to get through; also they would block the elevators with the carts. When I got to my room, the bed sheets didn’t look clean and the towels were in bad condition. The washroom smelled like sewage in the morning. It didn’t feel safe either to leave things behind.

The location is great, everything is just a walking distance. It’s fairly clean giving that it’s outdated resort.

It’s a bit outdated, it needs renovation, towels and mattresses should be changed and electricity port should be changed to fit all devices. There was a hole in the wall where the AC pipes goes through and it wasn’t covered in a proper way. The room key chain is big with a small lock which is not convenient for carrying it with you

need to take lift to level 2 and then stairs to go to room because it is in another building. No lift to room 416 . The staff mistakenly key in wrong room number and lock the room because the another room already exceed check out date

The receptionist staff very friendly, I remember his name Pam and other one wear hijab can speak Kelantanese. They can match our vibes very well and always go on with our jokes. And they very helpful to arrange our trip to rent a motorbike and book for our island hopping trip, suggest so many places at Phuket. Very recommended ?? My friends always give a compliment for both staff and like how they treat us very well. Thankyouu Pam and hijab one that can kecek kelate. ? Will come here again!

The staff! Comments are all around the staff and seems like the owners don’t care about this bad feedback. Staff could be super rude sometimes (specially the kitchen lady) which is very annoying. This means that either the owner haven’t trained the staff enough and/or they are heavily under paid and/or they aren’t treated fairly to provide a good service. Please listen to the comments of people and DO SOMETHING

The pool and the bed was big.

The room is a little old and damaged, a really noisy air conditioner and toilet a little rusty. Staffs are not so welcoming.

Clean hotel not too far from all the hustle and bustle of Patong. Good breakfast included in the courtyard.

Some of the rooms do require you to climb steep stairs even though they advertise an elevator. The sink in my room leaked the three days I stayed at the hotel. I like a firm bed, but the one in my room was rock hard.
