The kindness of the staff.

We had a problem with mosquitoes in our room all the time. They had to come spray one night while we waited outside for some time. At least one cockroach a day in our room. The walls were thin, loud neighbors. First room reaked of sewage had to move rooms

Breakfast was ok. pool and rooms looks good but it's just to fool people who book their stay by looking at pictures. I wish I read the reviews more before booking.

- even front desk people couldn't speak English - they ask $100 for a deposit which isn't mentioned while booking online - no wifi in the room - they ask outrages price for a laundry - no elevator - the airport transfer is more expensive than taxi

The pool.

Wifi does not work at all. Gf met me there, they demand her ID. They said Anyone else is 1000 baht extra per night. Next day friend came to visit. Thy called and came to the door. Harassed us. And friends came to pick us up. Harassed them in lobby. BAD!

Fantastic place

Spacious room. Excellent water pressure. Lovely pools. Strategic location. The warm staff.

The occasional smell of sewage. The breakfast lacks halal and vegetarian options.

The location is great for markets, the beach, entertainment and restaurants.

Breakfast wasn't great. When we asked for a second key as one of us was unwell they were reluctant to give us one.

Very nice hotel, pools are clean, territory very beautiful and green. Location amazing, great staff.

Pillows were very hard. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is really nice and clean and the stuff were friendly. The location is great if your interest is Kata Beach. The enclosed pool area is really nice surrounded with trees and vegetation which is creating a very peaceful, close -to-nature experience.

Security deposit a bit high (but will get it back in the end), the hotel rooms a bit dated (but kept in a great condition)

Fantastic service, great breakfast buffet, and enjoyable pools. Location is convenient for walking to restaurants and other areas.

The hotel does not have beach access. The public beach is a 10+ minute walk... you need to bring your own towels and rent lounge chairs (200BHT for two).

I liked the buffet breakfast, and the pool is awesome. The staff was friendly enough. We liked that there's a tour desk on site, the tour of the Khai Islands, Maya Bay, and Phi Phi Islands was phenomenal. So I will say we had a great time with the tour company, the hotel booked us through. The location was fine, a short walk to the beach and close to lots of food and souvenir shopping.

Completely disappointed with the construction throughout the whole hotel. I was staying there with my family, and we had to book a family room (per the hotel). It was the furthest building, all the way in the back of the property, basically a hike to get to the front desk with all the up and down the stairs/ elevators. We asked if we could switch hotel rooms and were told no because I had a 4-year-old child with me. I don't understand the difference between the room types, so we didn't fight it. Also, the room smelled musty. The bed was extra stiff, which might be a thing in Thailand in general.

If you like firm beds, this is the resort for you. We were so close to many restaurants, local street shopping and Kata beach. All within walking distance.The resort was old, but well maintained with some pool access rooms currently being renovated.

The buffet breakfast was okay but not stuff we would generally eat. No happy hour.

The staff were great but that’s where it stopped.

The bed/pillows were horrible. The rooms were dated and not very clean. The food was terrible and minimal options. For what we paid wasn’t worth it. We won’t be back.

Pool access room was perfect and loved the traditional style

Lift was not working and too many stairs for elderly mother. Had to use side driveway but no handrails on those few stairs, I had to help her.No shelf in shower to put shampoo and conditioner on.

The pool areas were fabulous ? The staff very friendly and location was perfect. The decor outside at night with all the lights made it feel very magical. Taxi service was excellent from the hotel to the airport

Beds could have been a little softer,and softer pillows but that's just preference.

It was old charm, clean and the staff helped me out and changed my room as I had vertigo, everyone was happy and polite we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book there again

Smoking was allowed but the guest smoked anywhere they wanted and it stunk, I have bad lungs so was disappointed that they allowed smoking

Pool was fantastic room was large

Had renovations going on would make sure that they are done

The pools & garden were the highlight.The room was a good size & very clean. Water pressure in the shower was good

Booking.com says in is 200 metres from the beach - you cannot access the beach unless you walk about 1.2kms so the listing was very deceptive & should be amended. The breakfast was not great - very low standard for Thailand. Pillows were horrible. And so much construction going on (not mentioned on Booking.com listing) so sitting by the pool was very noisy with drills & hammering all day. It was also a VERY long walk to our room!

Outdoor pool under palms with lots of flowers. Perfect breakfast, nice events in the restaurant. Rooms were quite big. Bot far from the beach even by foot.

In the room bath zone was not separated with twin beds and it was not comfortable to take shower or go to the toilet when someone is in the room.
