The pool was the best part

It claims to be beach front but un my opinion it's not because it's in a ery large slope. Also so much trash.

Perfect location. Good staff. Booked a Junior suite room. Very spacious and quite clean. View was great. Pool + Sea view. 7 eleven walking distance

It was bad experience about this hotel it said beach front but it not and the hotel it was old and smell bad it should clean car running on street whole time

the receptionist wasn’t helpful and tour desk hiked up the price so much for tours when the exact thing was below half the price. when asked if outside was similar in rate he said yes. receptionist was not helpful with renting scooters and taxis for transfers. other hotels were very helpful with this

Staff are accommodating and super friendly! Always greeted with a smile, pool service/bar staff exceptional as always.We always love staying here and make us feel at home when visiting

Everything was good and clean. I was a bit concerned reading the reviews but when I got there, everything was perfect. I don't experience anything from what was written. It was actually very good and I enjoyed my stay. So thank you ??

The breakfast. Very very limited options to be honest. Can be much better.

Breakfast was good , the pool facilities was great and clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable.

The daily cleaning needs a little attention in the rooms.

The location is fantastic, very close to Patong but without the crowd. The sunset happens right in front of the hotel, just as the name suggests

The room facilities are a bit old and there was hardly and shower pressure

Room was ideal for us , next to the pool and in shade which is what we had requested.Pool was bigger than expected and breakfast was very good with views over the sea.Cannot forget the staff , everyone was great.

The advertising and pictures gave the impression you were next to the beach but you had a very busy road to cross to get to the beach which was mainly full of rocks.

The only good thing about this resort was the massage — it was great.

We had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and overall service was far below expectations. We had to downgrade our room due to loud noise from the neighboring unit, and despite the inconvenience, no reimbursement or compensation was offered.This was by far the worst resort stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.

Awesome location at phuket . With a great sea view excellent swimming pool and great stuff. One could enjoy both the sea and swimming pool . Also they have free shuttle to Phuket bangla road and patong beach.

Facilities could have been improved like telephone connection etc

The whole place was run down. We had No hot water. The internet was poor if it worked at all. Room was advertised as queen bed we had two singles pushed together.

Breakfast was nice.

A lot of things were broken in my room. When I left the room, even though I had the do not disturb sign on, housekeeping went in and threw out my travel cup. When I called to ask about it, I was told no they didn’t see it. After persisting, the front desk finally said that it had been thrown away. Beach was inaccessible because of the season which would have been nice to know before booking. The steps to access the pool from the room are uneven, placed far apart, and slippery. Additionally people would reserve the seats directly in front of my room so I would have to sit on the ground.

Great Breakfast, honestly one of the best on the trip. Great variety and cooked fresh everyday. Our room was good with a built in shower. The Bar Staff, especially Moon was incredible.

The way the pictures are presented online and what you arrive to is not the same. Unfortunately the inconsistency in the rooms are not great either, some rooms have stand alone showers and some have showers in the bath. We where 6 Adults and all 3 rooms had different set ups and not all good set ups. Aircons are also noisy. The Reception staff are not welcoming and almost never greet you. Not what we have come to expect from Thailand.

The location is amazing — right across the street from the beach, and the view from the room was exactly what we were hoping for: blue sea, golden sunsets, and a peaceful vibe. The room itself felt slightly dated in terms of decor, but it was clean and functional. What really stood out was the staff — friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The pool area was also a plus after a day out. It’s a great stay if you want a quieter spot near Patong but still close enough for a tuk-tuk ride to the buzz.

It’s located near the beach and main road. Accessible to many attractions in Patong beach area.

Lobby Looks messy and not in order.

Helpful staff and large room. Nice view of the ocean.

Bed was very hard. Shower nozzle was not good. Door locks need improvement.

The room was specious for 3 person. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and room service was good. Location was bit far from city center.

The room cleaner were not cleanin the washroom nicely. The hotel is opposite to the beach but the beach is not accessible.
