Chanalai Romantica Resort - Adults Only, Kata Beach - SHA Plus

Good location, great staff, big nice rooms

Beautiful designed room and kind staffs. I made a reservation wrong dates and contact with hotel desk, so they updated my reservations with a small charged, I deserved it because it was my fault. They handled it with minimum lost for me ?? thank you and I appreciated for everything on my honeymoon

Everything was perfect.

We liked Everything. The building entrance was beautiful. Staff were so friendly & helpful especially Eye & Ray. We were lucky to be able to upgrade on arrival to a pool access room.

The room is spacious and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has delicious food and fresh juice and coffee.Staff is especially warm and helpful and friendly especially Miss. Eye.

The first mattress was not good but they replaced immediately with a firm one.

Clean, tidy, good location, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, good sized pool. The daily cocktails and high tea was a nice addition to our room package.

Gym equipment was quite limited and old and air conditioner unit in the Gym was either not working or noise.

We loved the pool access from our room and the location

Multiple mosquitos in the room, power line buzzing very loud all day and night, things felt sticky in the room

We loved our stay here. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The team was amazing very kind, friendly, and hospitable. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and even accommodated our requests on a couple of occasions. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy Phuket.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer because we already had other plans.

We loved the room and pool so much! It was super spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The pool was massive and beautiful to sit next to and swim in. The walk in shower was a huge bonus! Location close to the beach was convenient as well.

In general we probably won’t return to Kata beach area just because it was so overly touristy BUT the hotel is what made our experience great and we would recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

It was so clean, great service, great food and drink and overall an amazing stay! We stayed for our honeymoon and wished we stayed longer. This is a must!

Na

The room was well decorated and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful too and we loved the breakfast and the pool. Location was great too - being within short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We loved doing the cooking class too!

Some of the beds near the pull on the upper-floor were quite dirty and didn't look well-maintained. But the recliners were comfortable.

One of the best rooms we stayed at during our trip. Excellent location, comfortable bed and we loved the bathtub too. Offered great views of the pool and also of Kata Beach. Close to a lot of good food and walkable distance to beach.

Nothing. It was all great.

Great place for a holiday. Nice bed and pillow, cozy room. Easy access to beach and everything.

Location is amazing, big breakfast selection and friendly staff

The sunbeds on the balcony colored the white tshirt but the hotel helped us to dry clean

The location is excellent, close to Kata and Karon beaches, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the staff are very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing everyday, pool was always clean, bedroom was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful. Room service food was amazing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Walking distance from everything.

The shower water went from super hot to warm every few seconds, making it a little hard to stay under the shower without fear of getting burnt unless you took a colder shower.

Location and swimming pool

The room no carpet on the floor

The room was on the ground floor and we could walk outside our sliding glass door and jump into the pool. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They had a lounge that we could wait at, after we checked out, that had AC, a bathroom, TV and a coffee, tea facility that was very comfortable to wait at, until our flight in the evening.

The breakfast wasn't provided in the price for the unit. EVERY other hotel that we stayed at previously and were less money, had a free breakfast buffet so we complained and the management relented and gave us breakfast coupons.

Everything. It was relaxing, nice pool, and close to everything. The hotel staff was truly amazing and kind.

It’s small and intimate. Location is perfect and yet it’s quiet. The pool is leisurely and the staff is exceptionally hospitable. The happy hour is basically all day, pool side and a great value.

Employees were very polite, helpful and respectful. They attended to all my request in a timely manner. Beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel.

The property looks alot more modern in pictures than it really is
