Nice place, nice location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was fantastic! We took the poolside rooms and the kids had a blast. The hotel's location was excellent as well, close to restaurants, right across the beach, and nestled in its own little area which was enough to give it a quiet and serene feel I would highly recommend this place!

Would be great if the hotel could have a small halal selection for breakfast. We made do with cereals and salads, but a specific area would have been a wonderful bonus.

Construction/Maintenance ongoing. Pool and restaurant were both closed. Breakfast buffet at O’reillys is terrible

The location - beach is just across the road. The rooms - are really big in size

The dated look of the two bedroom suite we stayed in. The other rooms are quite modern and seem to be refurbished recently. Its time to refurbish the suite especially since its a very high price.

Not much. The breakfast was very poor. Coffee not bad. I dont know what you use for bacon but it's not bacon. The food really not good. I dont eat eggs so they may have been fine for those who do.

The food. The lunch in O'Reilly's - I had the "English Breakfast". Sorry this is not an English breakfast and should not be advertised as such. The staff were nice and my friend had Thai food which he said was good. Also a nice place to have a beer. But the English breakfast was really quite unacceptable.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was ok, some pastry items were like a day or so old and not fresh and the tea served was Lipton, which in the land of tea is really not acceptable. But that was so minimal compared to service and location!

Breakfast was good. Room price was excellent.staff were friendly especially Samuel in the pool bar. Pool towels in room. Newly refurbished room was excellent.

Extra check out time would have been appreciated. Pool was smaller than it appeared on the photos.

The staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. The pool was a nice place to spend an afternoon, and the room was quite spacious.

The town, I checked out after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. This is no reflection on hotel, but Karon was not for me.

The location, the nice breakfast, and the friendly staff. The beach was great for swimming, and the area had loads of awesome restaurants.

The overall stay was good, except for one incident that left us with a bad experience just before we checked out. We had booked two connecting rooms and had moved a beach towel from one room to the other. As a result, they marked a towel as missing from one room but didn’t account for the extra one in the other when housekeeping replaced the towels. Ultimately, they couldn’t track it, and just to avoid spoiling the vacation mood, I ended up paying THB 500 for the towel.I wish they had been more considerate, especially since we had connecting rooms and it’s natural for items to move between them. Just a tip for future guests – keep track of everything to avoid similar issues.Also, the pool lacked maintenance and didn’t look clean or up to the mark, so we chose not to use it.

Great location, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

It's located close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the on-site pool and our family also enjoyed having their breakfast in the mornings. We also liked the tucked in lobby that made transportation pick-up feel safer for our family relative to what we observed with other hotels around Phuket.

Nothing to complain about; we were pretty happy with the resort :)

The location is excellent, as soon as you leave the hotel, you come across many restaurants selling street food, which is a cheap and delicious store, pharmacy. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

the beach is across the street and they charge 200 baht for deckchairs and umbrellas and they are falling apart. When they are already charging, they should renew the furniture on the beach. The beach is wonderful with fine sand and clean sea

Property is very dated and old. Photos on website are deceiving.

The pool is really great. My kids weren’t really interested in the beach, so we spent a lot of time in the pool. The sun and shade works well with the orientation of the hotel, you can pretty much find sun or shade.The location seemed pretty good from what I saw of Karon.It has a gym which is handy, but it’s a bit tired, and the AC is pretty much dead.

Breakfast wasn’t bad, and had a good selection of foods, but gets a bit cold if you turn up late.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was not up to the standard expected. Pretty average and must be improved.

Malware has been downloaded by this hotel which allows scammers to infiltrate the chat function on booking.com. Messages were sent to me that appeared from the hotel but they weren’t. Ended up losing a lot of money. Be aware. In the room - the outside door couldn’t be locked. Safe didn’t work. Very limited vegetarian options at breakfast. Broken shower by the pool. Whole place needs renovation, very dated.

I love how they decorated the bed for our honeymoon—it was so beautiful, and we were really surprised by that! Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect. There’s a lot to do nearby, and the room was nice, with all the facilities I needed.

We loved access to the pool through our room and the swim up bar. The staff was very polite. Breakfast was good as well.

My only negative comment would be we never had enough towels for the pool/beach and TP.
