Location, and it was just a beautiful hotel

The location

We paid for a room with ocean views. Nothing of the sort happened . A large tree was blocking our view of the ocean. We had to walk at least 100 feet from our room to view the ocean. For this reason alone, We will not be returning to that hotel nor book any lodging through booking.com . We feel cheated

liked the room and the view is amazing, also there is security gate so i felt safe .

However, there are small ants in the room (on the floor and toilet) also the bed sheet had previous stains

Perfect location.. the staff was nice . everything is perfect ,my son loves the swimming pool . The breakfast was perfect. The views are wonderful.. the main gate is just opposite of the patong beach logo..

They should put transportation after 4 pm to the mall .. without breaks..

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in (and we travel a lot). Beautifully located above the best beach in Phuket - Patong Beach. Opulent Thai architecture located in a green oasis (birds in the morning sung). Really nice cascade pools. Quite good gym. Splendid friendly service. Delicious food, especially Thai and Indian dishes. All in all - we really want to come back as soon as possible!

It is really hard to name something we dislike here. There is a small problem with the pigeons at breakfast, but the hotel management knows about it and is looking for solutions.

We had a wonderful stay at the property—everything was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. Patong Beach is just a two-minute walk away, which made outings super convenient. The resort features three swimming pools, and our child absolutely loved spending time in them. The restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable prices, and the room came with an extra bed for our daughter, which made her day. There's also a dedicated play area, and they even organized a kids’ party—she had a blast!A 7-Eleven is located right across the street, which was handy for quick essentials. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

The only minor downside is that if you're planning to dine out, the Patong Road and market area are a bit of a walk. so be prepared for a 10 mins walk, but that walk is beside the sea, so who cares

Lack of english speaking staff visiting room.

The location is amazing and provides a perfect panoramic view of Patong. The resort has a three-tier pool and offers a pool experience for all guests. I was happy with the trees by the pool on the second level as it offered relatively good shade during the hot days. Breakfast varied from day to day and was above average. Good selection.

Everything — the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the pools and sea view were amazing. Perfect for families!

The location is a bit uphill, which makes walking to Patong Beach a bit tiring, but it’s peaceful and quiet.

Great location, just a short drive to Jungceylon mall. Comfortable and spacious room. Nice pools!

The bunk bed was a little creaky, so the ones sleeping on the upper and lower bunks could feel each other’s movements during the night. Would have been better if it was more sturdy and less shaky!

Location...Close to beach and walking distance to busy streets with shops/restaurants... Although crossing the road is an art. 3 levels of pool and availability of volleyball we could use in the pool, free pool towels. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing. Staff welcoming and friendly. Air con in room, free slipper and great soft toothbrush! Daily filtered bottled waters! Black out curtains. Daily house clean/new towels. Bed was firm and great both myself and my 12yr old liked it and were able to sleep without waking each other.

Power went out a few times at night. We were in a room close to the main road so was very loud all hours of the night with a club just across the road. When other guests came back to the hotel at God knows what time at night the noise travels in the corridors and felt like they were standing outside our room. Hotel restaurant was quite basic but expensive I thought compared to other restaurants (we only dined there once). The lift was under maintenance a few times during the day so we had to use stairs to go out to street. The fact there's was no lift to main reception/breakfast was quite a lot of stairs. Was good exercise for us but if you're not active make sure you get a room that's more accessible! The lighting could have been better in the room especially around mirrors.

The most disappointing part was billing. First the hotel blocked a day’s fee which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Then apparently the credit card details at their end did not match the actual card i used. So o had to pay this amount again and have to wait 21 days to unblock this amount. Then on top of that i was double charged the remaining amount and if I hadn’t been monitoring my card transactions, I wouldn’t have even known. The food was mediocre at best. Some of the items were stale. You get great food right outside of the hotel though. But you can miss the in room dining or breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was nice

The area is super dirty, the beach infront gave me and my partner sickness, we had to switch rooms cause one of them smelled like mold, and room service takes more than 30 mins to get to you.

For those who like the beauty of Phuket, and like to spend some time in the open air and enjoy the greenery it is an ideal location

The facilities rather old, mirror was derelict and the socket plug was not workable. No smart TV and the room did not have sound proofing walls. The staff tried to do compensate these issues but it is clear the property saw better days as it seems there is no maintenance.
