Non smoking room but could small smoke from ac vents. Had to Move rooms 3 tomes

Clean and the rooftop is nice !

The breakfast was not so good… they was so much Indian food. We booked a driver from the hotel to the airport (from the hotel) and the driver didn’t even know the road to the airport and she was driving so so so bad I was so afraid … it was like she just learn to drive but so dangerous with the rain !

Not what i was expecting

I had water leaking from the sealing in the washroom and it was annoying they we were working to renew the rooms in front of my room .

Staffs are very friendly, nice and clean pool,room is quite big.

Luxurious, clean, quiet

The location was scary for me, maybe because I don't like crowds, or perhaps Phuket is a bit scary at night. I made sure to return to the hotel before sunset (because the hotel is in the heart of Patong), and many Uber drivers refused to go to the location due to the crowds.

Location is not family friendly

Location was perfect for the beach and all the best restaurants and attractions.

The mini suite situated in the paradise wing was spacious, had great views from the balcony. The bathroom could have benefited from a renovation as tub looking quite tired.

The coffee was terrible.There could have been better efforts made with breakfast overall. Same fruits daily. Not enough variety in the veggies/ salad bar. Only one type of cheese available.

It was at a good location as we could walk everywhere. It also had many facilities for use.

The gym was too small and some of the equipments weren’t working well. If the gym was good, then this resort would be exceptional.

Super comfortable and great location, near of all important areas

The property was good and the staff was friendly but not helpful, such as when i ask them to deliver my staff to the room they ignored me and said take it by your self, another thing after 4pm they will not clean the room, and also i ask for empty coffee cup they said come and get it by yourself, Hence my reservation for 4 guests and the put 2 coffee cups only

Bathroom get really wet after we took shower. The room was delax familiar room but it was just a normal room with 2 queen size beds.

Nothing like the pictures advertised

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star one. This is definetely not the service you are getting. From the moment you walk in the reception, you will smell the awful damp smell in the reception. If it was only that, I wouldnt make any issue. But mould and dampness was present in the rooms as well. The room floor was covered with water from the dampness, making sleep there difficult and unhealthy. Rooms were old and not renovated. There were big yellow stains on our towels and on the bed sheets. Corridors outside the room were dirty. I am still shocked and surprised by the 4-star rating of the hotel. I have stayed in 3-star hotels much better and cheaper. Avoid if you can.

The location was near to patong beach and most restaurant and souvenir shops

It was an excellent resort. But during check in and out- the extra wings part has less facility to carry the baggage; as it has a high sharp slopping through which the baggage was pulled upto 1 floor. And the next lift was under maintenance (out of order)

Close to Bangla road (but really noisy at night, even from the floor 8). The room was beautiful, large bathroom. The breakfast was awesome.

We’ve stayed in the hotel during the low season, so we got around 60% discount, but for the full price it doesn’t worth to my opinion. The facilities are outdated, they are good but old, for example bath and tub, TV was sooo old and made noise.
