Across the board, everything about my experience was excellent. Location and availability of restaurants, the pool, the room, the breakfast, everything was stellar.

This hotel is highly recommended the location was nice with a lot of restaurants near by and massage places .Karon night market is 20 min walk. Its clean and the staff is polite and helpful

The grounds are so well kept! Swim up pool room was so spacious and clean! The shower area was so cool & beautiful. Location is perfect. The beach is just a couple minutes walk out of the back & there is a cute shopping area with restaurants at the back gate! Front & back gates that has a guard that checks hotel cards to enter so it is so safe! Front desk staff was so friendly. They stored our bags the last day while we went on an excursion to see the elephants! Breakfast was yummy and open til like 10:30am!

Great location especially if you’re with family. Its a quick few minutes walk to the beach from the hotel lobby. Staff were excellent and helpful throughout our stay

My room key was malfunctioning on a daily basis and had to get it replaced every day other than that didnt face any issues.

Hotel was near shops restaurants and beach

A huge room with jacuzi at the entrance (outside) and the shower in the back yard (outside) were amassing and fun. The swimming pool is enormous, clean and pleasant. Outside from the hotel, restaurants, shops, massage .

Location was great for food, massages, shops beach and not far from the night markets. Staff where lovely particularly NaN who looked after our room, she was lovely.. Que he was always happy to help. The reception staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good. There was a coffee machine so it was,an added bonus to start the day.

There wasn't anything that we found we didn't like.

Very close to Karon beach, charming surroundings, some massage parlors and restaurants near the hotel offer good services. The reception looks pleasant.

Breakfast had little options and not very tasty ones -- I had a better breakfast on the flight back home. The staff at the reception smiled and bowed a lot but made plenty of mistakes. I almost missed a flight due to their negligence (I scheduled a transit service two days in advance to no avail, they didn't care about my schedule and only ordered a taxi at the check out -- of course that taxi came late and arrived at the international airport later than I needed). Doesn't have to do with the hotel, perhaps, but the overwhelming majority of tourists are from Russia (no English spoken around) and it feels more. Sochi than Thailand.

The rooms are clean & well laid out with options for couples and families. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (Serene Wing), overlooking the pool. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. Rooms also have large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Cleaners come daily and will change your towels / clean your room on request. There is tea & coffee making facilities in each room, in additon there is a free bottle of water supplied daily. There is also a mini bar in each room, but we prefered to purchase drinks & snacks from the local supermarket as it was cheaper. All staff were amazing and will go out of their way to assist you. They all spoke excellent English, so it was very easy to communicate.Buffet breakfast is offered daily with plenty of options including fresh fruit, eggs, toast, Asian breakfast and hot food. There is also an air conditioned gym + creche on siteThe hotel is only 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants of Karon beach, so very convenenient!

It was quite loud at night. The pool is meant to be closed after 7pm, but many guests ignored this and because all the rooms surround the pool, any noise echoes into all the rooms. We also found we could hear tv / talking in the rooms next to and above us, which was a bit annoying at night when we were trying to sleep.

Proximity to markets and Karon beach - always an easy walk, bike or shuttle ride away to places like busy Patong or other attractions..

Nice hotel with large, comfortable bedrooms, balcony overlooking the pool, and well equipped bathroom with shower and bath tub. Very good location near Karon beach with many restaurants and massage places nearby.

Location was great and very clean

Jacuzzi didn’t work until the night before we left and air conditioning was noisy

Breakfast variety, no bacon

Spacious room, lovely pool, location was walking distance to beach and other. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bed was very hard but not uncomfortable, a soft chair would have been nice and there is room for one. The buildings could do with some repair and our room smelt damp and mouldy, tropical climate wouldn’t help this but better cleaning and ventilation required.

Pool in Sino wing not functioning.Cleaner took all day to get to our room.Only 1 roll of toilet paper and no Bidet hose.

It was like a prison camp no coming or going out the gate without showing proof of we’re u we’re staying and being yelled at buy security
