Absolutely amazing service!

Spacious bedroom Clean The housekeeper was really nice and talked for English than the receptionist.

Staff at the arrival wasn’t welcoming nor helping The breakfast is really average and full of salt and butter

The location was perfect. It was a little further from the beach than expected but our stay was lovely and close to everything we needed - there is a cute bar and massage place across the road which was ideal. The rooms were quiet and extremely clean and very roomy. The suite had a separate dining and living area which made it great to have a quiet evening in.

Our room looked freshly renovated. It was nice and clean. Staff was also friendly. Balcony view to the garden is really beautiful.

Neighbourhood is super loud. There is a mosque near by and we heard Adhaan few times a day, starting every day at 5:30 am. Other side of the resort (where we stayed) was a cuckoo next door in a balcony that started also to crow every day before 6 am. On the other side of the resort bigger street is closer and there is also a construction site next door. So if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t a place for you. Garden and pool area are also quite small and there isn’t much to do at resort area. They advertised yoga or some other activities but nothing really happened at daytime. Pools were also in bad shape (not looking same as the photos). There are many ceramic tiles missing which makes really sharp edges on the pool sides and ground. Sofa in our livingroom was also little bit dirty with some old stains.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful although their English is not that good.

The main road nearby is very noisy and the place feels rather run down. I certainly wouldn’t rate it the 4star it’s been given. I recently staying in a 3star accommodation which was better than this place.

A sweet little boutique hotel. The staff were incredible and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable.

For walkers, the location is tricky to navigate, but not unmanageable.

Room size

The resort needs a renovation....The pool is not safe as tiles are missing and has sharp edges everywhere.There are no vents in bathrooms so it stinks the whole place out when use facilities...The breakfast wa was disgusting...There is no service from staff when wanting to book a taxi as it's too far from the beach and restaurants. There should be a free shuttle...

Pool was small & not particularly inviting - but if you aren’t too bothered about that then it is a great place to stay!

the AC stank very bad in living room of one villa. Also the water was leaking from bathroom flush. But since we stayed only one night we decided to live with it. and since it is not a typical hotel, service after 8 pm is practically non-existent

Quiet, authentic rooms. Garden with palms. Kind staff. Everyday cleaning, compliment water and capsules for coffee machine.

Pretty poor breakfast, so not worth having it included. Almost no sidewalk on the way from hotel to the main road, need to be cautious of hectic traffic.

The staff were amazing and it was a nice chill stay. We had the villa and had a cat that visited which was super cute! Room was super nice and bathroom was big!

Property was nice but could do with a freshen up, The location wasn't bad just 10/15 walk to the beach front but the first 2 min your roadside with no path, our shower didn't go hot or stay warm for a very long time either.

Good Breakfast available each morning.Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and Wi-Fi was very good.

The resort is peaceful, and our apartment was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was below average, and the coffee was instant sachets. The advertised amenities, such as complimentary daily transfers to Kamala Beach and an onsite restaurant, were unavailable, which was inconvenient, especially when traveling with young children. We did not receive assistance with our luggage at checkout, and the garden could have been better maintained.

CATFISH HOTEL!!! Can't say anything good about it unfortunately. The hotel is so old and drained very bad! DO NOT BOOK HERE PEOPLE! The pictures do not match at all. Outside looks very nice on the pictures but its not TRUE!! We left immediately!!! Outside is not maintained at all, swimmingpool is dirty!!! After 2 months still waiting for refund!!!

Room was large

Location. Too far from the beach. Pool area rundown and not pleasant to lie around. No bar. Towels were old and need to be replaced. Main area of the hotel is old and tired. Broken doors and areas taped up. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly enough.

Comfortable and clean family room. Excellent breakfast, two comfortable swimming pools. 15 minutes walk to the sea. The staff is friendly.

We waited an hour for the first breakfast, but then it was prepared quickly.
