Pros: Great location Affordable (Great Price) This Hotel is great for the price, but don't Pay a lot of money for this, can find nicer hotels then this.

Cons: Big hill, with infrequent shuttle, unless there is a big conference or something there Huge spot on sheets First night the AC was terrible.

It was very nice and relaxing. Right between Kata Beach and Karon. With the night markets nearby. Add the breakfast to your stay, it is worth it. The employees are very helpful and nice.

This is already my third time staying at this hotel, and after comparing with other options, I keep coming back here. The location is excellent, everything you need is close by.The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, which always makes the stay pleasant.There are several swimming pools on the property, including one that belongs to peach hill hotel, which is part of the same group of hotels. As always, everything was at a very high level.

Although the interior feels a little bit “tired”, the hotel still provides very comfortable accommodation.

The hotel has nice exterior, big and beautiful outdoor area - pools, greenery, bar in the pool. The breakfast was not bad, with couple of different choices of mains that changed daily, but the quality of the food was a bit poor.

The interior is old. The toilet was with wooden swinging doors, so one have almost no privacy. We were given dirty sheets and towels more than 4 times, we ask for them to be changed and we ended up with new dirty towels, we also had ants in the room but that seem to bother no-one for the staff. And giving the fact that this should be a 4 stars hotel we expected better quality and cleanness. After our 3th time complaining about the sheets and the towels on the reception we requested to talk to the manager, and although the lady was very nice and sweet she offer us a free drink from the bar as an excuse, but I don't think that covered the feeling of filth in the room we have for more than half of our stay.

The staff was just amazing and so helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were upgraded to pool villa instead of the room.I have nothing but the praise for Peach Blossom.

Very friendly attentive staff. Very nice facilities. Public area WiFi very good. Private 5G WiFi in the villa was lightning fast.

If mobility is an issue the hill to climb up to the hotel is quite steep (built on a hill). However they run a shuttle up and down the hill to the street all day and late into the night. Usually no more than a few minutes wait.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The swimming pool was beautiful. Breakfast had a big variety and everything was delicious. Everything we got from the restaurant was great. Great view from the room.

Despite the fact that checkin was supposed to be at 14.00, when we arrived, they told to wait because the room wasn’t ready! Once we entered the room, we noticed that the bedsheets and towels had stains and didn’t smell well. However, the manager approached us and asked if we had any issues and when we told him our complaints, he addressed everything accordingly and promptly.

Property had amazing views, great selection of pools, very clean and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a shuttle to get up and down the steep hill it’s located on.

Pools could do with a little more shade and enforce people hogging sun beds when they aren’t there.

The property entrance is up quite a large hill but they have their own TukTuk which goes up and down constantly taking patrons so you do not have to walk up which was a great surprise

The facilities were excellent, very clean and the stuff was polite and helpful. we got the villa and they helped with suitcases, they also have a service to take you to the near beach too.

Very nice location close to the beach, night market and bars and restaurants. We enjoyed every moment here.

The location as it was near 2 beaches. The manager in charge was accommodating and tried her best.

I booked the 2 bedroom villa. As soon as we went in, we could smell that the room had a musty smell. The air cond compressor was also very loud and could be heard throughout the ground floor which made it hard to sleep at night. The master bedroom also had a major air cond pipe leak all across the ceiling and dirty brown water dripped all over the floor. It was disgusting. In addition, there were ants crawling on the bed, ants in the toilet and after we complained and the staff sprayed the room, I found a dead cockroach in the master bedroom. We moved to another villa the next day as the leak could not be fixed. I thought it would be better but by the next evening, the air cond in the ground floor room started making very loud flapping noises. We informed the resort and after waiting for about 30 minutes, an engineer came to fix it. We left our keys with the front desk as we had to go out for dinner. By the time we came back at about 9.30 pm, the air cond was still not fixed. The front desk informed us they had vouchers for us for dinner but it was of no use as it was already 930pm and we had eaten. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have offered it earlier as we did tell them we were going out. We wasted quite a bit of time on both occasions waiting for the engineers to come to fix the problems. The pool in the first villa had broken tiles. The breakfast was mediocre with limited selections. I have stayed in many hotels and usually, if I have to pay the same amount I paid for the 2 BR villa, the breakfast selections were much more impressive. All in all, the stay was a disappointing one. The villas are badly maintained and the cleanliness was sub par. It’s really not worth the money. The constant problems we experienced due to the abysmal state of the villas marred our holiday experience. The manager of the villa was accommodating and tried to help but the problem was with the condition of the villas and not the staff.

I was a guest of a 2-bd pool villa, the most prestigious offer that you could get in Peach Blossom Resort. The villa itself is nice and clean although the outdoor pool water is gelid, therefore you can’t dive in.

I wanna express my total disappointment about the staff. The restaurant staff are all super young people, they’re polite but the lack of experience and make the guest experience very annoying because they keep repeating every order you ask them and afterwards they made mistakes anyway. The food quality is low and both restaurants are always empty. The worst point of this resort is not the restaurant but the reception staff. One day we booked at the reception a tour to see the Similan Islands, they let us wake up the day after at 5:00 am to catch up the shuttle bus, although this bus was late of 45 min. The early-morning receptionist didn’t know who booked the tour for us, the tour agency contact or either the driver phone number, therefore it was a struggle to track down the driver. The last day of “vacation” I asked to other two receptionists to book for us for the day after the Peach Bloosom Taxi to go to the airport. I told them that we were supposed to arrive in the airport at 8:30am and therefore I asked them what time it was better to book the taxi, taking into consideration the traffic jam in the early morning. They both started to say random timing numbers ranging from 5:30am to 8:00am. I got annoyed and I let them notice that they were making a lot of confusion. Since they weren’t able to suggest the correct time I told them to book this hotel taxi at 6:45am. The day after we arrived in the reception at 6:20am to do the checkout and pick this taxi. The new receptionist it wasn’t informed about this taxi booking and the reservation it wasn’t registered anywhere, therefore he wasn’t sure if the taxi was about to come or not. He had to wake up the receptionist of the day before to verify the taxi booking that he made for us. Once he arrived they started to discuss between them about why the taxi booking was not registered and the answer of one of them was “I’m not invited in the WhatsApp Group for the hotel taxi reservations”.

Villa was very comfortable and nice Pool was icing on the cake

Room was at the slope so coming for breakfast and going everywhere was very difficult
