No towel/ bed changing every day hygiene is very low No halal food in breakfast

The facilities are wonderful, the pool terrace has an amazing view to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was also very good. The shuttle to Kata Beach was very convenient.

There was a smell coming from the drain in our bathroom at times.

Staff was very professional and nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The attention to detail was spot on. Restaurant's food was delicious. A wonderful experience.

There were workers renovating a section of the hotel so it was a little noisy.

All was excellent, the pools, the room. Comfortable beds....

It is on a steap hill and if you want to get to town or stores you have to take that into consideration.

Very nice boutique hotel up on the hill. We had 3rd floor room with amazing panoramic seaview we've enjoyed so much. And had just giant queen bed!) Nice balcony with couch. Everything was very clean! Great service! Great value for money you pay!

I think there's room for improvement with restaurant kitchen for dinner and lunch.

The view was great

Dirty as hell, I moved a bedside table to plug in the iron and it was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The plug sockets are not international and they don’t provide adapters now all the other hotels we are in have international plugs. Jacuzzi doesn’t have functional jets or hot water. Pool area is dirty, not even music playing there. Restaurant food is bad. This was the hotel we were most excited for and it was the worst one. We stayed there only to sleep and spent the days outside of the bad hotel

Awesome design and a four levels fantastic pool. Pleasant staff and good massage.

The location is not convenient to walk with the baby to the beach and restaurant for food or shopping. No sidewalks. At the same time the facilities not too far to walk. Hotel located on the hills, which is advantage for the views and peaceful staying.

The tap water have brown color for sometime. the technic fixed it. however, avoid drinking any tap water

Swimming pool

Bed bugs everywhere + the staff was rude and not helpful for the situation

Pool was good but not very big. The view over Kata Beach was breathtaking.

Balcony was stained. The view from balcony was of old wires and broken bits of a building. Because the hotel is high up on a steep hill which can be dangerous to walk down in traffic, alot of money was spent on Grabs (Ubers).

everything was amazing, just wished that the bar was in the pool apart from that i would highly recommend this place. staff were friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, great views - can see the Big Buddah.Good sized room.with a massive bed, we had a view of the sea.Good pools, always managed to get a sun lounger at any time.during the day. Good selection of drinks at the bar - very nice frozen cocktail. Good choice of food for breakfast and lunch/dinner if you want to eat at the hotel. Staff very helpful, we wanted a taxi one evening and they couldn't get hold of any on phone so one of the lads at the taxi desk jumped on his scooter and went and got us one from the centre. Had a lovely back massage and face massage at the spa - more expensive than in town but we'll worth it. Yes the hotel is on a hill, but only a short walk down to the centre. Plus free bus every hour from the hotel and back. Doesn't take too long though to walk back, or you can jump in a taxi for 200 baht.

The staff were exceptional. The service was second to none. The food was excelletn value and really well done. The rooms were superb, the staff realy made it special. The spa was incredible and such good value! The shuttle down the hill is very helpful and regular.

I think there are just a few pieces of furniture that need updated to really elevate the experience and refresh the property but other than that no!

The hotel was even better than the photos wi the regards to rooms and breathtaking view with extremely friendly and supportive staff!Breakfast buffet can benefit from more varieties especially exotic fruit options where we would only find them in thailand!

Bad

Reception was poor, food was sub par, they bamages my bags taking them from my room. The hotel was dated, the staff couldn't speak to the guests. Staff were transfixed to thier phones. The worst ever stay in Thailand. This hotel is not worth the money. We had to leave on day 3 and move. A waste of money and time... this hotel is only for package holiday types, not for seasoned travelers.

The pool area and the view of artificial grassed terrace is superb..

The breakfast wasn’t the best and the hill up to the hotel is very steep (I only attempted walking up it once) No mirror in the room, not enough storage space and not enough light in the bathroom

Beautiful maintained grounds. Hospitable and friendly staff.. great food and drinks. And handy location. 5 stars - highly recommend!
