The rooms were nice and location was pretty close to the beach. The pool has a nice water feature.

The resort's wifi connectivity in the room was extremely poor or non-existent. Also the daily breakfast menu was the same every single day.

Location was perfect and the staff were so friendly and polite making our stay wonderful.

Being very picky. But was not a lot to watch on the TV in English when trying to relax at night in the room.

The staffs’ English was a bit limited, which was unfortunate when we needed further assistance.

The resort grounds, the swimming pools, the local shops and market, the quiet area close to the beach and the good location near the main Patong Beach area.

?The location was the best thing about it?The greenery arround it was beautiful but had lots of insects anf mosquitos

?Didn't like how first night they put us in a non comfortable room and next day when we complained about how uncomfortable it is and low water pressure they moved us to a way much better one as if this policy is used with all their visitors?Didn't like how most of the staff are either mean or unprofessional for example the manager Helen was not treating us well and the security man was very mean and the gilf car driver passed by us with our luggage didn't even stop or ask yet one staff was nice his name was Amp?The most thing I didn't like is that the price was same same as most other 5 stars hotels and so we moved to one of them and it was truly surprising why was the price over and high!?The breakfast was not good while in the 5 stars hotel that we moved to was much better

This was our third stay in the past 2 years. Beautiful serene environment, clean, nature’s galore, great swimming pool, excellent buffet.

The time of checkin the rooms were not handed in for almost an hour. We reached 10:39 and had to wait for an hour for the rooms to be handed in, although we had made the payment in advance. Was expecting better service especially at that hour after a long flight.

First of all, I would like to thanks very much and very appreciate to the staff who working on the front desk, Madame layla, Helena Imron, and EMPThere was very kindly with me. And this is my fourth visit to this resort. This is my second home in Phuket everything was lovely specialist the swimming pool, the garden and the restaurant. It is really a seven star hotel and definitely I will be back very soon and they upgrade me to the super deluxe room And my family really really enjoyed their holiday. The food was lovely and the restaurant breakfast is excellent. Many choice for Muslim. Also you cannot feel that you are at a resort. You will feel that you are staying at your home. Housekeeping is very good room is very big air condition is cold bed is comfortable and clean as well as the room was very clean. The whole resort is working hard to do everything you need. I would like to thank everybody.

Nothing everything’s fine

Peaceful place to escape the busy streets. Pools are nice and well kept. Staff is very friendly.

Rooms are spacious but not functional - very poor storage options for clothes. We used the shelves in bathroom, there were only a few hangers, no drawers or shelves on the closet. This made it difficult to keep the room tidy during our 12 days stay with 2 adults and 1 child in the room. There was only 1 hook for a towel. So they changed our towels every day instead, good service but not environmentally friendly. Breakfast was ok but mostly oriented at Asian tourists.

Breakfast is basic but OK. There could be a better fruit selection and suggest to add some "fresh waffle/pancake" counter.It could also be opened until a little later. 10:30 for instance
