Impiana Beachfront Resort Patong, Phuket

Location and pool

This hotel was not clean and the room was very run down and loud as there was a very loud nightclub across the street.

Staff were friendly and good location

Totally overpriced. Rooms are rundown, not appropriate cleanliness and not of the standard expected. And how is a small coffee over twice the price of a beer (at pool)!

The hotel was horrific experience for the following reason 1) the room was a double bed for a single occupancy 2) air conditioning was not working efficiently and the temperature would not go below 24C 3) staff was rude 4) mini fridge was out of order

Relaxing spot in a bustling neighborhood.

The location was great! Walking distance to everything you need. You could sit back and have a drink at the resort and watch the waves come in. Beautiful clean beach.

Wonderful stay right on the beach in the heart of Patong Beach close to numerous restaurants. Room size and amenities were very good and breakfast was excellent.

The room lacked a work desk and had few usable electric sockets

Location The pool area

Kinda old needs update And ceiling and ac area need cleaning

Location was goodRooms were OK and breakfast was OK

Terrible maintenanceFirst day of the arrival the sink did not drain while taking a shower. The water came up to my ankle and smelled like sewerI had to go wash my feet outside And the second day, the sewer backed up out of the toilet and there was poop everywhere. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I want to sleep at my friend’s room.

The location and proximitry to the beach.

The bedding smelt stale, was not fresh also the bath towels are old and rough. The breakfast was the same every day, gets a little tired after 10 nights.

The place is fabulous!!!!! The staff feel like family, everything is perfect here and the food is amazing!I can't say enough about this place. We booked a week and went to another resort then quickly decided the new place was not near as good, so we returned for a second week. We were greeted like family returning home and the desk shuffled reservations to give us our same room. You can't do better!!!!

Leaving

Great location right in front of the beach , close from the busiest part of the city and quiet at the same time. Very clean and comfy. Nice breakfast

The location was perfect, direct access to the beach, nice pool facility, breakfast was also good with plenty of items

Music sound from Bara Coda is usually very high and they play it all night

I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The location is perfect being so close to the sea, one minute sunbathing by the pool and the next you can be on the beach. The food from the poolside bar was great.

I did not like my neighbour, the room i had, was a garden room that had a connection door to the room next door. The connection not being a problem but that meant that the outdoor seating area is shared. He would stay up until the early hours with firends drinking and talking loudly until they left to go into town. This is no fault of the hotels was just an inconsiderate guest who was just enjoying his vacation, normally would not have been an issue but i was their having dental surgery so was trying to recover rather than party.

Initially, we didn’t have a key to the front door. We could only go through the sliding door until we insisted they get a key for the front door, which we received the next day.

Location to the beach in the pool were great. Breakfast is also very good.

Location beach front, room size,

Mosquitos kept getting in our room and biting us even when doors where left closed. Found live cockroach in our toilet floor had to call house keeping to come get rid of it and their where ants in the room too. A little out dated with the decor an the tech and the location of the outlets not convenient to charge things

Location on the beach and walking distance from all Patong attractions is unbeatable.

Villa-like rooms are packed in on the propert and the construction is very shoddy. You can hear every cough, sneeze, or conversation in neighboring rooms clearly plus the sounds of anyone walking past your doors. Earplugs are essential.

The location-in front of the beach

The building is old and the room is small and not deep clean

The location , intimacy and friendliness of staff

A little tired re decoration , however this was not an issue

The breakfast and the position of the hotel. In front of the beach. Also the staffs ate absolutely kind and helpful.

There are many mosquitos but it's not up to them.

Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, well kept. Great location, close to everything. Beautiful room and resort.
