Good location, great pool, excellent staff, good food.

A better hotel bar would have been nice.

I like the stuff I like. Actually, in the room, what I liked the most was the mirror that shows yourself from head to toe. I loved the fact that I could perform while watching that mirror that shows me fully—because I had a show, and I’m a performer. And this hotel? It’s the best hotel to do anything. You can just go with your partner, you can go and practice, or you can just go alone and relax. The best place. The best people. The best staff. The best facilities. It’s so amazing. It was so good—even room service and the restaurant were amazing. I could’ve never been happier than I was in that hotel. It was the best hotel I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Sadly, I had to stay there only for one night, but I stayed up late to make the most of it and practice.

Complaints so I cannot say anything

Breakfast was good. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! Perfectly spacious and clean. The beds were the comfiest and most spacious out of our entire stay in Thailand. The restaurants food was delicious and we enjoyed that this resort was its own little town. The staff there are great but seem understaffed.

There was no microwave or laundry room to do your own laundry. The hotel had to send out our laundry and it cost 2,800 Baht which was a pretty big price. The pool also looked dirty and kids area especially.

Good location within the resort(supermarket, restaurant, massage was around). Great and clean swimming pool. The alcohol coctails were NOT worth the money as well as the selection of the dinner menu so we ate out most times.

Rooms were spacious n clean but it is a long walk to n from main lobby n pool The drinking water was not replaced n we were not told there were NO elevator to room we had to do thecstairs up n down 3 stories .... bad w luggage n no offer of porter service when we checked in. Breakfast was not good n the crossiant were all cold n soft n was told we cld not heat up in the toaster. Bad service as well as I found lipstick mark on cups.

The resort it self was very nice! But the hotel rooms were not clean, especally the bathrooms. There was a lot of bugs everywhere. The location was a bit far from everything, not much in walking distance. On the other hand, the personell were very nice and it was easy to get around at the resort.

The property was a great fit and the location was great for the things my family and I wanted to do. The pool was nice a never crowded. I enjoyed the temp of the water was divine. The staff was accommodating and I was allowed a later checkout so I didn’t have to have a long wait at the airport.

Pool was excellent, breakfast was a little disappointing, Mr Top the restaurant manager was excellent.

The spacious accommodations were exceptionally clean, and the staff provided outstanding service. We also enjoyed some of the finest meals of our entire vacation.

The room and view was super,but they put us in a room with concrete roof… was terrible hot… you can’t breathe .. the air conditioning must used day and night… it’s not ok… so we get a disease caused by the air conditioning fungus… that ruined our trip .

Really nice place. Very calm and lavish area faced to the boat lagoon. Really good and friendly staff.

The spacious room and beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no small towel for drying hair.

None of my requests have been addressed:I requested a full or partial refund for the two days I had to leave earlier.I asked them to return, via post, some items I had forgotten there.The staff appeared more concerned with maximizing profits than offering genuine hospitality. Their prices were inconsistent—one day, they quoted a certain amount, but the charge doubled when it was time to pay. Additionally, all prices they provided were exclusive of taxes, which were only added later when you pay.

Hotel was great, good options for breakfast

Hotel a bit out of central phuket so we're about 30 min drive to any beaches etc which was a bit of a pain.

Right at the harbor where most trips taken place

Doesn’t look like how they mentioned at all. Lot of mosquitoes.Not at all worth the money .And the location is very far .Also there were insects in the room which the staff doesn’t bother to clean
