BYD Lofts - Boutique Hotel & Serviced Apartments - Patong Beach, Phuket

Location was excellent

There were ants all over the living room and kitchen!! Early morning construction going on next door and we were only told about it on check in.

Everything was great and we would’ve rated it a 10 all the way if not for the construction.Staff were beyond excellent! Min Faye Jay and Boaw! The other staff were just as gear but we didn’t get their names chance to chat as much with them.

The construction next door was to loud . I don’t really think they should’ve been renting out those spaces , considering how loud it was.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in Phuket. I’ve stayed there more than five or six times now, and every year I go to Phuket, I choose this hotel. Honestly, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful to the fullest extent. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!

I liked the size and comfort of the room. The bed was big, and I liked the shower. The mini bar was also a nice touch. I also appreciated the location as it was relatively easy to walk to the local stores and restaurants. Overall GREAT stay.

Modern facilities

Bed was to soft for me, a fully functioning AC unit in the gym would be better

Second stay for me and the property is always great. Lovely staff, good food / value with the restaurant, and attractively priced.

This time my shower door didn’t close and there was a plumbing issue, so every time I showered my bathroom flooded.

Very clean and modern. Very helpful staff. Big room and comfortable bed. Clean pool.Plenty of pillows, which is we love.

We couldn’t sleep on the first night of our stay because the building we got has a bar opposite. Which is very noisy until late night around 2am. But the second night was okay.

The staff were lovely. Friendly & helpful. Facilities clean, modern & the rooms exceptional. Location was perfect. Close walk to the beach & so many options for restaurants etc.

Aircon unit was a little noisy but it worked well

The location and staff are friendly, but the way the bathroom is designed with the room is very bad. The shower box overlooks the bed and there are no curtains abd privacy .

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel almost every things was great, the staff were verey kind and friendly they welcome us with happy face and warm smile, Quiet hotel and verey claen, spacious apartment with extremely comfortable bed and great location 20 minutes walk to the big mall, all needs its around you.

The breakfast need to be improved specialy in this time (April ) it was unsatisfactory for the Gulf tourists.

Amazing hotel apartments! Huge full apartment rooms with balconies! Great customer service very attentive and thoughtful hotel services; like they let us check out and keep luggage in storage room while we spent the day on the beach and then we came to shower in lobby toilet (includes shower box)… I highly recommend this hotel because the location is right at Patong centre, walkable to all main spots but it’s a high quality establishment!

Excellent reception on check in and in general. Clean and comfortable and great location. Restaurant downstairs was excellent also..live music was great…very European

Pillows too soft, only 1 room key so couldn’t leave air con on when going out and room was hot to return to. No towels or bag to take to beach. Couldn’t order young coconuts which was very strange!

The apartment complex was great. No complaints at all.

There was a gap on the top of the door, so mozzie where getting in, as soon as we mentioned it they fixed.

To be as close as it was to literally everything, including Bangla road, it was very quiet and clean.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the good customer service. The staff were all friendly.

The view from my balcony was of an old run down building. I booked back in Nov 2024 for Feb 2025 so would have expected a room with a better view instead of all the offers to upgrade which I didn't feel were good value for a solo traveller.

The tv in the bedroom didn’t work except for 1 news Chanel

A well located hotel/aparthotel with good facilities close but secluded from central PaTong. Small gym and 2 small pools were an added bonus! The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. A complimentary bowl of fruit, water and tea/coffee were welcome.

While the rooms are well insulated from noise, it was possible to hear TukTuks late at night playing loud music.
