Location, close enough to the party scene yet far enough away tor quiet. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Would be great to have more amenities, such as gym or salon.

Great resort. We went there on my birthday and they surprise us with birthday cake in the restaurant and birthday decor in our bed. I wasn’t expecting anything. I didn’t even know they were gonna do that. That was really nice of them.

It wasn’t a big deal.The toilet with the curtain door was unexpected but it was alright. The walk back from freedom beach was hell but the beach was worth it.

Such a great atmosphere, staff was courteous and helpful with everything we needed. Pool was fantastic, and honestly the whole aesthetic was very in touch with Thailand. Also definitely get the noodles for breakfast, lunch or dinner probably had that like 5 times in my 4 day stay.

Not directly in town, but not a far grab (get a scooter, cheap and fun!) to get to the downtown area of Patong.

the view of the hotel and surrounding were amazing in the daylight. Breakfast serving was great, as well as the staff. the illumination of the resort premises and the room need to enhance for better visibility, it's quite dark at night. there can be an additional swimming room, because the rooms with pool access has it only.

The location is decent — around 10 minutes by car from Patong Beach — and the staff are generally kind. It’s probably more suited for couples than families.

The place is full of insects and geckos — we even found a frog in our room. My family and I developed skin allergies and pimples from mosquito bites, which made the stay very uncomfortable.Communication was another issue. Most of the staff barely speak English, leading to multiple misunderstandings. On our first night, the hotel failed to send the agreed shuttle. We waited on the street for nearly 30 minutes with our kids asleep. Though they later refunded the taxi fare, the experience was stressful and disappointing.They also mishandled our luggage — our stroller was left unattended in the middle of the hotel. Additionally, we were charged 400 Baht for an umbrella we accidentally left at the restaurant. No one alerted us or made any effort to follow up — it felt like an intentional move to charge us later.The night receptionist, Oaan, was particularly unhelpful — slow, untrained, and more interested in blaming guests than solving problems. He really damaged the overall impression of the hotel.

Dated room furniture & bathroom.Noisy, incredibly noisy as it's right on the crest of the hill. But the staff was kind enough to relocate us to a quiet 3rd floor room

The rooms were really big and had all the facilities you needed. Nice balcony to sit out on, staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and had Thailand vibe. There is nice swimming pool, and staff was extra nice to us. I recommend.

Localisation is so so, I was there with kid in the stroller and I had to take taxi to travel anywhere. There is a hotel bus traveling to near beach few times a day though.

It was located at hill, can see Patong beach area from the hotel. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The room was huge. Bath tub and make up mirror was big too. Swimming pool was clean. Basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer were provided. They also provided free shuttle van to Patong bas station.

When we walk in the room, the floor made squeaky noises which were a bit of uncomfortable. Not sure if it disturbed the people on the below floor as our room was on the highest floor.

It was quite and no children it actually seemed like a great place for couples. The pool was fantastic and felt private even though it was shared. The food was lovely and floating breakfast ?

The lighting in the room was not very good. It was hard to see. There was a loud noise above us the first 2 nights. The shower had some mould on the silicone, likely just needs to be re done.

The resort had a relaxed vibe that made me immediately comfortable. Rooms were lovely, clean and as described in the booking. The highlight though is the staff. From reception, to the Rice restaurant, to our service staff - everyone was amazing. They were always wonderful hosts. I will return to this hotel again on my next visit to Phuket!

Beautiful hotel with lovely pool areas. Very comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast. Staff were all lovely.

Unfortunately we were charged £100 for a hairdye stain on the bedding. Didn’t have a problem paying for the damage but that amount seemed excessive.

everything else was rubbish. it cannot be called a "resort". pool access rooms are not pool access rooms at all.... a blatant case of false advertising.busy public road, making it not only difficult but dangerous to walk to the beach. The constant traffic noise from this main road intrudes into the rooms, significantly affecting the overall tranquility of the stay.persistent and unpleasant smell of sewage permeated the air.regular passage of sewage tank trucks along the road, a situation that continued throughout our stay. the check-in process was anything but welcoming. Guests are required to walk through the restaurant area to reach the check-in desk, which is an awkward and unprofessional approach.The food at the hotel was overpriced, especially considering the standard of dining in the area. Our first dinner there turned out to be the most expensive meal of our entire holiday, which was hard to justify. when I paid for the meal, the card machine asked which currency I wanted to be charged in. I selected my local currency, as the total was still calculated in Thai Baht, but the manager loudly and rudely insisted that I must choose Baht next time. unnecessary confrontation. disappointing experience.The "happy hour" drinks were also a letdown. The offer to drink as much as we liked was rendered meaningless when the staff only poured small amounts of wine (barely a few milliliters at a time) and took up to 40 minutes to top up our glasses. When I asked for ice, I was met with resistance. Despite the fact that they had ice available, I was told to purchase it from a nearby 24/7 store, as they were unwilling to provide it without charging an inflated price.We also encountered a problem with the sliding door in our room. It didn’t function properly, and we had to request maintenance to fix it. This indicated to us that the room had not been properly inspected before our arrival.

The staff was very friendly and we could stay on the last day longer without any hassle. The room was not the best of the resort because it was direct facing the street.

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Unhygienic ConditionsI had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was crawling with insects, and to my shock, I even found lizards inside! This is completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. The furniture was old, worn out, and clearly overused. Everything looked neglected and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Overall, the maintenance was terrible and the hygiene standards were appalling. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
