The staff were very pleasant.

This hotel is a 3 star facility. It is hopelessly outdated and in need of a total renovation. It doesn't have real restaurants, the buffet breakfast is mediocre at best, the rooms are very modest, and the location down a long alley is unappealing.

The location very close to main market Price was good considering I was given an upgrade and child bed was added for free Breakfast spread was good

Cleanliness . Housekeeping refused to change linen for all 5 days of stay Mosquitoes Bed was not comfortable and needs replacement

The view of the pool the location is great bed are comfortable food was amazing the mango sticky rice is the best thang I tasted delicious

The beds weren’t comfortable, I needed to ask for a mattress topper. But everyone is different.

The resort it big with gardens and two swimming pools. We booked the room by the garden and the ambience was amazing. We can hear birds chirping from our room. The staffs were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast is also good with wide variety of options.

Two pools, the garden pool was lovely. 3 happy hour locations. Close to the main road. Excellent breakfast. We stayed in a deluxe room.

Happy with everything

The room was very comfortable and the bed was massive. Bathroom was nice with good pressure on shower. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful.

The breakfast was decent - but we got there early one day (10mins after opening) and everything was cold… Even the fried eggs! Bare in mind if you’re an early riser :-)

Pool bar was good, breakfast had a good selection. we were happy with room size and amenities.

Close to shops and beach. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

Need new towels. Towels are old and worn. Blue beach towel had a tear in.

Breakfast was excellent, only 10 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, rooms large and spotless, lovely pools .

The staff were super friendly.There was a good variety of options for breakfast.The rooms were clean, with daily cleaning service.The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available at all times.

We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, but the water wasn't hot, so it felt more like a small pool. As a result, we only used it once, and it didn’t feel worth the extra cost.The breakfast was good but repetitive, as it was the same every day. It would have been great to see some variety.

Slightly old rooms, needs a touch up, paint, qaulking etc but more than adequate

The location is great, the staff are all super friendly and helpful and a great choice of food for breakfast

The room we booked was a generous size for two people but I think would have been slightly too small for three people.
