The room booked was not as identified. not only is the hotel has no way to move your luggage to room except by carrying yourself up and down flights of stairs for the bungalows rooms.

Room are very outdated with outdated hard mattresses just placed on floor. A/C was old and had wiring exposed and missing covering for it. front door lock was not able to secure room when gone. and no security safe was available.

I like the cleanliness

Good value for the location & facilities. Spacious rooms with crisp, clean white linen. Handy location, steps from the Nanai Road bars & restaurants. 20 min walk to the beach. Cheap scooter hire. All the staff are amazing which is by far Club Bamboos greatest asset. I felt safe. The pool & surrounding gardens are lovely. The entire complex, considering its location, is quiet.

The beds are concrete hard. There are a lot of stairs through out the complex so if you want a view be mindful or for those complaining about not having a gym, then you should rent a room up top with more stairs!

I love Club Bamboo and have been staying there for 20 years since my first trip to Phuket. Love the location on the hill, out of the chaos, but close enough to it!

Breakfast should be included with the room!

The bedroom was a very generous size and had a nice big bath with a shower overhead and a balcony. The pool was a decent size with a few floats in to make use of and a poolside bar/restaurant too.The staff are really friendly and helpful, so polite and always ask about your day etc.

Upon arrival, we were taken to our room which was about 10+ flights of stairs (as there’s no lift). The hotel is higher up so can’t be helped but just to point out in 30+ degree heat, it was a lot and we’re both in our 30s and fit and healthy! The bedroom was clean and tidy but could perhaps do with a little TLC as we couldn’t use the wardrobe due to it being full of little bugs crawling everywhere. We did report this to reception however and they came up straight away with bug spray and sorted it.The location was good, but was about a 35 minute walk to the centre where all the bars, restaurants and beach is. The bedroom itself was also very noisy, with outside traffic and music - I think this would probably be the same for most rooms as they’re all main road facing. Upon arrival, we were provided with clean towels on the bed but the following day our room hadn’t been made up. We reported this to reception a further two times before they then provided towels and toilet roll. We stayed 5 nights and it was the 3rd day that this got resolved.

Staff not as friendly, not accommodating.Food orders were wrong.They don't provide shuttle service everyday to drop and collect you.

It was nice at first for about 1 day but jacuzzi didn’t work there was no hot water and in the morning I went to brush my teeth and no water was loud every morning because they was doing some work on the place they didn’t tell me there was no gym until the next day after they took my money but on the website it didn’t say that the gym was under construction and to top it off my phone got stolen and the charger never go there again.

The staff was absolutely disgusting with really bad attitude I asked to speak to the manager on the Friday and they said she was on a meeting and would see me later on then at night time said she doesn’t work on weekends and would be back in Monday but I wanted to leave by this time so I had no choice to stay other wise I was losing more money by getting another hotel.

The place was fantastic, but the bathroom was disgusting. The room and place I could not fault.

Doors wouldn’t lock properly I was meant to get a 3 bed room villa but they gave me 2 bungalows and very hard to check in didn’t have any one that speaks English at reception

Good location

The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. The shower curtain was covered in mold, there were cockroaches crawling around, and ants infested the bed. The so-called “pool view” room was a joke—unless you had a telescope, you’d be lucky to spot the pool, let alone the sunbeds. To make matters worse, the room reeked of sewage, and the fridge had visible mold growing inside. It felt as though these issues were intentionally left unchecked to pressure guests into upgrading their rooms. We had no choice but to move to the penthouse, as we simply couldn’t sleep in the original room. Even then, the penthouse was nothing like the photos—it was a complete disappointment. This experience was beyond frustrating and made us question the entire establishment’s standards.

Totally nothing, this hotel is pure robbery and we got scammed for the total amount of stay

There is mold in the fridge, bathrooms bed. Aircon not working, furniture broken and heavily outdated.

We went to the hotel with great expectations. When we checked in, we delayed some time due to the non-advanced payment method, and we had to try to pay again the next morning! (Interlude: After we tried again the next day and successfully paid, he asked to take a picture of our card. Be careful everyone!!)The accommodation conditions of the hotel are not satisfactory! 1. The air conditioner is leaking. We reported it in time, but the result was that we had to make do with it for one night. The next day, we thought they would change our room, and the staff told us "It's because we set the temperature too low, and the temperature has been adjusted for us", and we believed it! Sure enough, the leak happened again! We were very angry!!! We took our luggage and moved it ourselves at 12 o'clock in the evening! Very bad!!! 2. The hair dryer was also broken. I called the staff and they brought up a decent (usable) hair dryer3. The WIFI is very poor! 4. The attitude of the staff is average5. Remember!!! Don't order anything with the staff, they will find ways to deduct your deposit!!! Remember!!! !6. Parking space, that is, roadside parking space, not the kind of parking lot!7. No disposable toothbrush!Overall, the experience is not good, the service attitude is just like that! Don't come! Don't come! Don't come! ! Don't come! ! !

Hotel is in a quiet area but convenient to restaurants & massages. Walk to everything in Patong. Pool was clean & refreshing. Staff are just wonderful. Great security. I always felt safe. The food is limited but very good should you choose to eat in the restaurant. Water pressure was great.

There are stairs, stairs & more stairs. Didnt worry me though but keep in mind if you have movement issues. The resort is in need of some TLC (which they are doing very slowly) for example the cushions on the sunlounges need replacing… the baths aren’t in great condition. My sink tap in bathroom was very loose. I wouldn’t like to pay anymore than I paid which made my stay good value.

Staff is extreme hospitable and helping.

The rooms are old, like the sliding doors are jammed, the TV doesn’t work too well, etc. The entire resort needs a bit of a makeover, but at this price, I think it’s fine.
