Pros +
- It is very clean, nice location for walking however not by the tourist areas.
- Well maintained hotel managed by courteous staff.
- The staff did everything to make our stay wonderful,great location, one of the best food outlets in Bangkok
Cons -
- It is very nice, however the concierge needs to be better informed about offerings in Bangkok. Also they need to understand the guest's desires before recommending things.
- There was confusion is Breakfast was included or not. We were told it was at checkin but were told later that it was not.
- The breakfast at the club floor was limited

Well maintained hotel managed by courteous staff.
