A decent, clean and safe apartment within walking distance of Ayala Mall and IT Park.

Perfect for a large group of families. We booked for 3 units of 2BR apartment and they managed to give us adjacent rooms which was very convenient for us! The kitchen is complete with amenities we actually cooked our meals and there was even a washing machine that was completely working. Staffs were helpful, especially the security guard who was always quick to book a taxi for us whenever needed. Definitely a good value for money!

Nothing. I never saw a room @ Mabolo, Cebu. We ended up at RedDoorz Plus near UV Mandaue, Cebu. The paint on the walls was peeling in several places. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. The shower area had mold at the corners. The windows seem like it had never been cleaned. The ONLY POSITIVE I can say about this whole ordeal is that the staff at RedDoorz Plus near UV Mandaue, Cebu was kind and courteous. But for the entire RedDoorz Organization, shame on you! I will never stay in a RedDoorz ever again.

Let's make this short.1. 2 days before our arrival I received a message from RedDoorz saying that this property cannot accommodate us (there are 22 of us) because of "operational problems". This turned out to be a lie. They overbooked the hotel.2. This same message said we have been transferred to another RedDoorz property called "Asiana Pension". Upon checking the rooms they booked for us, the rooms can only accommodate 17 people. We were 22 so I told them that this "solution" was unacceptable.3. After calling the phone number given in the booking (which was a central phone number for all RedDoorz Hotels) no less than 4 times, they assured me that they were doing their best to find a place that can accommodate 22 people but they were finding it difficult. Before each call, I looked at availability using booking.com and each time I found at least 2 RedDoorz properties that could accommodate us. Each time I called, I informed them of these properties and each time they said that they will check for availability and call me right back. They never called be back EACH TIME.4. When we arrived in Cebu City, I finally got a message that this original accommodation can take all of us after all. Upon arriving at this hotel (@Mabolo Cebu) the receptionist was confused because they were fully booked and that they informed the central office about this 2 days prior. There was no "operational" problem. They were overbooked.5. While at @Mabolo, Cebu, when once again informed that they were trying their best, I told them that that was a lie...that in fact, they were not trying at all! I informed them of the availability in RedDoorz Plus near UV Mandaue, Cebu. Finally, after 15 minutes, I was informed to go to UV Mandaue, Cebu.6. Through these 2 days, I could have simply made another booking with the alternate hotel BUT they would have wanted payment right there and then.

They have small own kitchen. Though we stayed one night only before the OceanJet, we did not use it. Also, the kitchenware is limited. The staff and the security are nice.

It is noisy and overpriced. For USD40 you can get a much better hotel in Europe. There are no glass windows, but some plastic shutters, which are not sound insulated. You hear street noise, air conditioners (your and your neighbors‘) and other noise generated by people in the building, like if there are no windows. The air conditioners are from the bronze age. Old and partially working. We had to switch on aircons because they are noisy and blowing directly to bed.

Strawberry apartment residences are ideal for families and groups. Each apartment has two double bedrooms with shared bathroom, living room with cable TV, dining area, mini kitchen with cooking/eating/drinking utensils and a huge fridge, laundry area, and good wifi. These are all the basic stuff we need for our Cebu vacation.

The wifi connection is not that strong inside the rooms and the bathroom. Also, the first apartment we stayed in has a bathroom with faulty sink because water leaks out from the tap once opened. The hotel staff kindly transferred us to another apartment residences which look better than the first one. Although in the second apartment, we were worried about our security because the sliding window near the main door can be opened from the outside which means someone can just open it and unlock the main door. Thankfully, the maintenance staff fixed it and we experienced good security all throughout our stay.

What we like is the big space of the suite. You can cook.

Guests were noisy & shouting in the pool even @ 4AM. Guests did not follow hotel policy which is only 10pm.I booked 5 rooms but only 3 were ready for check in @ 3pm.We waited until 5 PM to go to our rooms.They should have compensated it during check out but they asked us to leave right away or else we will be charge more.

I like the staff so much. From the security guard to the room boy.. they are very friendly and are prompt to our requests.

The walls are not clean and there's a cockroach in the cabinet. The rooms also smell bad like a dead rat. ?

Power cut first night and told that the backup generator was broken… not really good enough. No communication from the hotel even when emailed.

this is is my second stay, i thought the issue on my first stay was an isolated case, but this time its worst:- my meeting keeps getting interrupted because of poor internet connection- broken toilet, i have to fix by myself-dirty room, cockroaches are around- like a public market in the groundfloor on daytime due to massive networking activity, people not wearing mask and no social distancing. Virus spreaders- dirty linens and towels are torn- rusty faucets, not well maintained

I love the place! It got everything I needed. Worth the price.

The ac in the bedroom was leaking. Water was dripping; I also don't like the fact that check in time is 3pm :/ should be 2pm
