The location is good, the room is clean and newly renovated.

The building is old and dirty. They shutdown the power for the entire day without notifying the customers ahead of time. It waS SO HOT AND THE ELEVATORS WAS DOWN. mY RESERVATION WAS ACTUALLY VOIDED FOR SOME REASON AND i HAV TO PAY CASH FOR THE RM.

The location, security system

I booked 2 x Twin bed room, given was 2x Single bedroom. Initially told us “no breakfast” finally provided breakfast for 1 person also not satisfied.

The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful regarding the hotel. Situated close to many shops, shopping centres and restaurants. They did change my room after the first night when requested. The 2nd room was quieter, and the shower worked properly. Generally clean.

Over priced for what you get. Set back from the main road but my room the first night was still very noisy with traffic and the Cockerell that started at 4am and was still going at 8am when I asked for a different room. The shower in this room barely worked. No knowledge or help with travel plans. It was not in a great area for sightseeing.

It is very near malls and other select establishments. It also has a mini-restaurant and convenience store within the building. It also has a laundry store.

Very accessible. There is a laundry shop downstairs at P29/kg. There is also a cheap cafeteria within the building if you are on a tight budget, I paid P120 for a Pinoy breakfast (corned beef, egg, rice, water).

Too strict with security. I had to swipe in and out every time I leave and arrive at the building.

Value for money

I had some issues with the water supply. The management tried their best to deal with the problem but the water supply remains low on my room.

breakfast was horrible ! we had cockroaches in our room, when I went to complain the lady from reception just laugh . once she saw how angry I was she offer other room. the shower was broken and overall the place look like it used to be a prison …

The room is clean and nice. The staff is proficient in accommodating customers. It comes with free breakfast for an ovenight stay.

It was a very comfortable stay and they also granted our request for the kind of room we are hoping to have. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast was satisfying!

We had some concerns in crossing the property from the mall across.

breakfast is definitely not good. It's Filipino breakfast, but cold and low quality. We preferres to eat somewhere else breakfast

Nothing for the rate

They clean your room everyday and give new towels and water. I also liked the hot and cold showers and how me and family felt really safe during our stay.

we availed two rooms, the other room’s bidet wasn’t working and the other room’s hot and cold shower wasn’t working.

I like how clean the room is and it's worth the price.

Probably more approachable desk in charge. And also if ever in the canteen use mineral water for hot coffee.
