Location is superior : quiet but Mall walking distance. Big, clean room. Hotel employees will provide fantastic service! Can't beat it in the city!

The Suite room was huge, clean and stocked with utensils.The location, surrounded by private residences and the suites is actually very quiet and isolated from the noise and bustle of the city. The Gaisano Mall is a short walk and everything is available.

Housekeeping did an exceptional great job.

Front desk are not too accomodating & pleasant especially the lady in glasses.Not a visitors friendly facility. I would not recommend for a big family or big group.They dont deserved the 8.5 ratings maybe less

it exceeded my expectations!! its like you are in a home with complete facilities. if u are staying several days, this is definitely the place! plus the gaisano century mall & all other shops were just beside the hotel. variety of restaurants to choose from both inside & outside the mall & a very big supermarket. u can even cook in the hotel, they have everything u need in the kitchen & very big fridge! i did very early checkin at 7am & had to pay some amount but fair enough rather than waiting for many hours. we took a ship upon arrival & its around 15 mins without traffic from port to hotel. leaving for Mactan airport was just 30 mins from the hotel. last but not the least their staff especially ROWELL, very friendly & accomodating.

Overall, very delightful! The staff were highly professional and very well trained and welcoming. My experience was very surprising. All of the boxes checked for me. I am well travelled and have had varied experiences from lodging places. This hotel gave me a memorable one and all of them positive. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Warm, friendly, comfortable, quiet and has a very convenient location for shopping, food, and other services.

Taxi availability. however, it only matters if one is averse to walking short distances. Walking only affected me when the sun was out in full force! The very helpful guard on duty did try to hail a cab for me.

The room was very clean and spacious! I really loved their “mini closet” and the kitchen ?

We regularly stay at Sta. Barbara. It's now our go to, with our larger family. The rooms are all very spacious, and it's really well located to get to Ayala/IT park etc.

Very clean. Staff are very friendly, helpful and you always feel welcome. I should know I stay here very often when I visit Cebu.

cleanliness of furnitureunderstocked kitchen, no towels or paper towels to wipe/dry thing with. Had to use bathroom towel to wipe up spills. not wash cloths in bathroom

I love the ambience and the whole suite.

The guards and bellboy are respectful but the people manning the front desk barely acknowledged us. The hot shower barely worked.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had to extend my stay due to circumstances but they were able to let me extend without any issues. I chose to stay at the same hotel because of the staff, the room which felt like my home, and the location.

It's hard to think of something I didn't like but if I had to include something, it would be when there was rain, the rainfall would hit the air conditioner and it was loud. I am a light sleeper so that would have woken me up, but thankfully I was still awake and the rain didn't last long.

With a flight delay that pushed back our actual arrival, I was relieved that the front desk was attentive and quick to respond to all our needs and questions. Hats off to the service!!

That we only stayed 3 nights. Wish it was longer.

This property is exceptionally big. We are a family of 5 and I booked the 3 bedroom suite which has 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen, living room and huge dining area. The place is perfect to relax and the location is also very good just a few walking disctance to Gaisano country mall. Staff are very nice and polite, they always greet us and help us with our needs even carrying our luggages. I would highly recomend this hotel and would definitely come back!

I really liked the location and how the staff were so accommodating! My family felt comfortable and I felt welcomed.

I had trouble booking the other penthouse even though it was available on the app, and they couldn’t make changes to the booking.

Clean, spacious, central location near malls, restaurants, etc

Customer service named Van provided an excellent customer service always serving with a smile. My whole family stayed there for more than two weeks. We had booked two 3 bedroom apartments unit. Cleaners are great and are easy to talk too. The guards are always pleasant and helpful. It was our first time in Cebu so with the value of the money I cannot determine if it was a good deal or not. Location was superb (close to everything) except if you have to go out of the city like moalboal prepare yourself to encounter heavy traffic leaving and going back in the hotel. Thank you for the staff and the manager we dealt with thank you for making our stay memorable and thank you for accommodating us.

One of the desk lady called my parents apartment at 1 in the morning and was told the smoke detector detects a smoke in the room. He didn't smoke in the room and was an inconvenience for him because he had to go down and was told it was because the smoke alarm were sensitive. No apology was given. We make mistakes all the time, if we are in the wrong we apologized and we say sorry. Desk person didn't. We don't ask a lot a simple sorry would have been fine. That's all
