Great place to stay for a ferry. Good value for money.

Children if accompanied by parents in my opinion should be given a free breakfast. This courtesy was not offered to guests.Internet connection is poor.

It was good location for us for the first night and afordable price. Good wifi.

Bad variaty of food at breakfast. Only few things to choose from in self service.

The staff and the breakfast are very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient.

Price is really affordable. The location is near Rob Galleria which has easy access to the mall. Room has already free breakfast and the food was great.

CR was not totally cleaned well. We saw some pubic hairs inside the CR. The CR's doorknob is broken (they should've replaced that thing. There's telephone but no dial tone so we have to go down first in the lobby to ask assistance. We can't connect to the Wifi. There are small cockroaches in the our bed.

Cold AC, nice breakfast options, it’s close to a mall.

Room is not too clean and there are small bugs crawling out at night. We can hear people talking outside the room. The tray for the pitcher and glasses stink. I tried to wash it but it’s too dirty I have to give up. Bathroom floor holds a couple of huge puddles and the water is rusty you can smell it and see rust stains on the toilet bowl and floor. Breakfast area is full of people and staff is hesitant to open the mezzanine area. There are other same priced hotels that are better.

Staff at the hotel were great. Service from the front of house team was the only good thing about the hotel though

Rooms are very old, beds are not comfy - they had perhaps been 'cleaned' but the years of dirt are clearly showing. Walls are so thin that they shake when a neighbour closes their door plus you can hear just about everything going on across the whole floor. Add to this the cockroaches that will come through the gap under the door, a bed that is so tired it creaks at any movement and towels that are so old they are now a yellow colour rather than their once white appearance. I'd say it's not a great stay...

I was there 10 years ago. It was beautiful practically new now. It is terrible. no upgrades. The paint coming off the dressers wood show it’s dirty. Needs to be improved. What happened?

We were originally given a downgraded room, where there was no toilet seat and the amenities were disgusting. The shower only dripped. The room was extremely outdated and inconveniently set out. Breakfast is limited

The area around the hotel is a bit rough-many homeless, the rooms need a major renovation, the staff seems overwhelmed and agitated. The breakfast that comes with the stay didn’t have enough plates and food for everyone.

Value for Money to the truest form. Their breakfast buffet even at a very affordable price was a deal breaker for me. Some Well-known Hotels or resorts don't even provide such delight. And an added bonus was that they provided drinking stations as you know one of the scarcest items you look for on a hotel stay is water to drink. But Hotel Pier Cuatro provided such necessity. Shower heaters were working. And they upgraded us too when I asked for a twin bed room. The internet was super fast and signal is strong.The Hotel seem to be already old so you can expect the structure to be past their style, but they kept it clean. Elevator is available, it is very near a Mall and walking distance to commute. Taxi is very easy to find. a 7-11 is very near for your needs.All in all based on the price this Hotel was excellent. Ill stay here as long as they keep everything the same

Close to port

Pillows were so big you could not even relax. Advertised a set ice until 9 pm. Asked at 8:30. Da it d sorry. No more. Food in am breakfast made me sick. Never again

Location is close to the Robinsons mall and staff were extremely professional.

Room was in a poor state of repair. There were dead bugs in the room, a strong smell of drains and the bathroom fittings were rusted and in a poor state. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.With all of the above I had to request I be moved to another hotel, something I haven’t done before. The staff were all very helpful & professional but I would not recommend the hotel due to the poor state of repair.
