Huge beds. Clean sheets. Roof deck is a plus.

They don’t have a family room (we were a family of 3), so I had no choice but to book two separate rooms for two nights, and I requested that the rooms be adjacent or beside each other. However, my request wasn’t granted, and my daughter had to be away from us. The air conditioning in one room was defective, so we had to transfer to a different room. It took them four hours to settle us into the new room.We spent my daughter’s birthday dinner at their Roof deck, and requested if they have a slice of cake or atleast a cupcake, where we can surprise and sing happy birthday for my daughter, but they have none. They don’t even have dessert in their menu. we cut our dinner short because they have very limited food in their menu. They also ran out of pizza ( said it was all ordered by 1 guest).Location can be quite tricky. No blower provided in the room. Restroom tiles are rusty

The property was clean and fancy. Room had a veeeery comfy bed, good clean little bathroom and beautiful views

The food was horrendous. I didn’t have their off the menu restaurant food so can’t speak of that But I went to a buffet dinner of my first night as I was exhausted. The prawns tasted powdery and old and I’m pretty sure the chicken wasn’t fully cooked Went to the breakfast and everything “hot” in the buffet was luke warm to cold and seemed like it had been there for hours. (Same as dinner) even the rice was dry and chewy. Ended up not going to any of the other breakfasts. Didn’t want to risk getting sickAlso lost a couple point in the rating as my aircon, effective by sounded like a helicopter taking off right next to my bed

Pool was ok but 5 sun beds to cover a 30 floor hotel is not enough

The booking system are not automatic charges the breakfast buffet,its hard to find the location because its a resident area, they need deposit 2000 pesos when you check in when infant i pay 10,000 for 2night for 4adult.

The staff and employee are nice and corteous,they are all helpful and attentive.Pool is nice,360 view of the deck is pretty cool but food needs to be improved,services can be better at the restaurant as well,food was served one plate at a time and some food was served after everyone had finished eating.

Some of the rooms are outdated,2/4 rooms we availed had to be transferred, our room stank of sewer,airconditioning stopped working and the lay out of the room did not make sense,our first room in the 35th floor had barely light in it,one small light in the bathroom that sits behind you when you face the mirror giving you a creepy face,some of the doors open inwards to the sink so you can’t use the sink with the door open.

Elevator takes a bit longer to wait. And we had one incident on the left side elevator from Lower Ground that when we were on our way back to our floor (23) , we dropped one floor down. The elevator did not move up , screen showed we are on floor 10 and we got lucky we managed to get out , and we we were on FLOOR 9. We were scared as we were with our 3 kids in it. The food in the restaurant , i think need improvement. First day of our arrival, we ordered lots of food but did not enjoy. Some food we ordered seems reheated or it was cooked from frozen.

Good location close to IT Park. Food shops most white cabs know where it is and tours can pick you up from there.

Constant fire alarms going off at random times. breakfast made me ill even though it was included eat else where. Staff send you e mails and print them with fines and reminders of fortnightly pest control. No hot water.

For some reason there is no food by the pool, you can have drinks but you need to go up to the 32 floor to get them, no waiter service. ?

Place is accessible and near to good restos.

It was kind of dusty and there is a smell from the CR, must be the drainage or the pipes.

Before booking in this Hotel, kindly check the reviews.We were not aware of the previous incident that happened near by this Hotel.If we have know, we would have selected another property.Management - should handle the Hotel & facility better. Lifts / Elevator - 2 lifts for 37 floor building is not suitable for your tenants. Carrying a sleeping child and waiting for 20 to 25 mins is not acceptable just to go to your flat.Location - check if its suitable for you as its situated deeply inside a compound.Security - we feel secured with the guards but we do not want to be constantly asked which flat are we staying every time we go outside.Amenities - please include a changing room & shower room for the use of your pool & gym.Breakfast - can be made better for more variation of menu Restaurant - high chair or baby chair should be provided for the convenience of those with child

the staff was very attentive

the lobby looked very nice and modern, almost like a 4* hotel but then when entered the room the odour coming up from the bathroom drains was vomiting. we booked the same day in the morning as we only needed a place whilst transiting through Cebu. We could chose between two twin beds or a queen. requested a queen bed. got confirmation that the booking was confirmed and our request too. advised them that we would arrive by 7.30pm. we arrived at 9pm and the room wasn’t ready yet, hat to wait for 30 to 45min at reception for them to change the bed set up. ended up checking in at 10pm and the smell in the room was unbearable. also all the soap dispensers were empty.

clean, the pool was nice & the staff was absolutely the nicest most welcoming people I’ve ever met!!!

location was difficult to get to & the taxi drivers were mostly unaware of the property. the elevators were under maintenance so it took literally 15 mins to get to your room from the ground floor & vice versa.

The hotel room was totally a breathtaking. My husband and I loves the view from our room. Bed were cozy and the lights of the room makes us so relaxing.

Elevators were slow and also the door of our room is quite damaged. Food in the RD has only limited choices which is not good for the value when you are paying breakfast included for the stay.

the view from the top floor is breathtaking. the room is good and easy to use.. the wi-fi is normal and the hotel-staff are very nice.

the elevators are very slow. only three are working. the hotel is in the running phase so it is acceptable but mind you.

the room

the lifts take forever and as your situated away from the shopping you have to order grab food deliveries which is inconvenient when there isn’t much on offer online except the usual big brand companies. The noise in the surrounding guests rooms.

Just the location

It took 50 minutes just to check-in. This is INSANE!!! No other hotels even smaller ones do this. Take note, the front desk officer only assisted 2 customers with check-in yet it took them 50 minutes to do it. Do the math, how much wait time would a customer take had there been more guests checking in?
