Hotel City Pride

This time we did family trip to India. We had 2 separate rooms total 4 people, hotel service , foods was good and staff was friendly and kindly. Especially hotel employee helped trip to Taj Mahal fast and she found good driver and guide. Thank you again.

Nothing bad complaints. Only location was too busy and little dirty. Otherwise all was great.

Hotel room was great .counter manager was very friendly and helping .

Hotel check in and out time zone was very uncomfortable. Hotel should provide or go compulsory BF at the time of booking for international travelers

Great value and good breakfast

Our stay was very short because we arrived late at night and left early in the morning, but everything was perfect. The home service was good and the free airport pick up (you have to pay parking) is a bonus.

The manager promised us a “great exchange rate”, but it was really bad.

Great staffing and room. The food that you can order was delicious and they helped you get to popular tourist attractions. The airport pickup was well worth it.

The location wasn’t great.

The property was like the image. Decent hotel for the price paid with kind and helpful staff.

I started my trip in Delhi by staying at this hotel, and I decided to spend my last nights here as well. I needed reliable room service and a very strong internet connection because I work online, and I knew that Hotel City Pride was a safe choice.Once again, everything met my expectations. The internet connection is excellent, the room service is efficient, and the food is really, really good. The staff is always attentive, kind, and welcoming, which makes a big difference.A very good address in Delhi that I would definitely recommend.

Great for a quick budget stay. Clean. Helpful staff. A bit small and nothing fancy. Breakfast ok.

Well organized and efficiently ran hotel. Staff were attentive. Good airport drop and pickup service. Western level standards. Great that they have a heater for the cold winter nights.

Everything including the location, food, room was all brilliant.

The attention received from the manager Anchit and ALL staff members in general.

The environment of the surrounding can make you doubt a bit .... but once you are familiar with it, is perfectly safe!

Our family's stay at this property was okay. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. While generally well-organized, there were a few areas where improvements could be made to enhance the guest experience. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the decor was tastefully done, though not on par with high-end hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory. We might consider this property again for future visits. Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality.

Room cleanliness can be improved. Location is very Bad. Car Parking Cannot be done.

City Pride Hotel in Delhi offers clean, comfortable rooms and helpful service in a convenient location. The stay is straightforward and pleasant, making it a good option for travelers passing through the city.

The breakfast was exceptional. We had to leave 6AM from the hotel to go to the Airport, and they gave us take away breakfast. They went so far to Give us a great breakfast, as we had payed for breakfast but were too late for the buffet.Instead of a pick-up they dropped us of at the airport. Great price service ratio!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good communication through booking app and WhatsApp. Super close and convenient to Delhi railway station (5 minutes walking). For the airport taxi service, you will be picked up by a driver who will wait for you with your name printed on a piece of paper, so that's convenient, but you will have to pay for his parking fee (around 400-500 rupee).Breakfast was great, good selection of hot savory foods, plus they'll make you an omelette or pancake. They'll arrange sightseeing and transportation services for you as well, although we didn't use it. Bed was comfortable, AC and fan worked great, room was decent size, water kettle was useful. All in all, for $30US per night, it was a good place. Compared to so many other hotels in the same area which all are rated 5 stars on Google Maps but all seemed like fake reviews, this was the only hotel we found that seemed genuinely decent.

Shower was great (good hot water and strong water pressure) but the door leaked water everywhere outside the stall. Toilet seat was broken and it didn't seem like it would ever get fixed. Very stingy with the toilet paper. Sheets were stained in several places. Towels were old and threadbare.The hotel was set back from the main street and our room faced a back alley, which meant we didn't hear any traffic noise (yay!) but stray dogs liked to hang out there and bark all night long (bad!).

Well run place where you get hotel-style room with good mattress, great shower, fridge etc. for a very reasonable price.Last year I paid same price for a much, much less in the same area.The key here really is the lack of traffic which makes the rooms quiet. The surroundings are what they are, but Paharganj is not exactly famous for being shiny anyway.Excellent service and basic breakfast makes this amazing value in a city where bargains are harder and harder to find.I will never love Delhi, but my stay in here was a pleasant one.

The neighborhood is terrible but is India, all the streets are dirty
