Aloft by Marriott New Delhi Aerocity

Large airport hotel, very secure, nice towels, robes, coffee maker and tea, lots of toiletries, staff is responsive and helpful, bed is comfortable, shower water pressure is good, wifi was good, walking distance to the mall (and cheap food court) at Aero City, can control air temp, ATM nearby,

Shower could be hotter, bathroom had that typical mildew smell that I was surprised to smell it in such an expensive hotel (is possible to shut the smell into the bathroom by closing the door), location is unfortunately noisy, there's a tow truck that drives around Aero City and blares notices on a loudspeaker my room faced the road so I heard this constantly (even on a high floor) silly of the city government to have something so loud when people at airport hotels are clearly trying to sleep, you can walk to Aero City for cheaper food and some shopping, you cannot walk to the airport (could walk 15 minutes and then take metro), Uber/ taxi is available

Welcoming staff. Location was perfect.

Room was not as per my expectation, defective bathroom lock, heating was not working, it was too cold, in dustbins there were no garbage bags.

One of the best properties we stayed in India! Very clean, comfortable and convenient during our layover in Delhi.

Super clean and new

To me it’s little far from work but next to the airport

Amazing breakfast, comfortable room, easy to arrange for a late check out for a reasonable fee

Nothing - all good.

The location was great. Just 1.5 Kms from the IGI airport/T3. Good for catching early morning flights since cabs were available 24/7. The hotel was good. Good sized room. Breakfast was great. Good spread.

Check in process had a wait time because few people cut in line. The reception staff should have objected to it as they were aware who was earlier. Not at issue but was expected of a hotel with a price tag.

very close to the airport, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the chance to have breakfast. The gym looked decent.

It’s a good place to stay when you have a connecting flight . It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Room, breakfast

Shower, noise

Comfortable stay nearby many restaurants and airport

Cleanliness , staff were helpful. Room was well managed and all required utility was available in the room.

We being muslim prefers halal food. If possible can you keep halal tag on the menu item kept in breakfast area.

Check in was smooth. Staff was very friendly. Good and new modern hotel located in Aerocity near the airport. Good breakfast spread.

The bathroom could be better equipped with better standard toiletries.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The lobby had a vibrant, stylish vibe, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. The location near the airport was super convenient.

The food from room service wasn’t as good as expected — portions were small and lacked flavor. This could be improved.

Amazing staff and a great breakfast.

The room had a little bit of a smoking smell. The bed was not comfortable.

They moved me to a different room that was cleaner. Great service and staff.

My first room was not clean but I was immediately moved to a different room.

Business hotel close to airport, good location if attending meetings in Aerocity. Good size of room and bathroom. Fast room service. Prompt service at reception. Good cafe at lobby serving gourmet coffee. Has a decent sit out space adjacent to lobby for short meeting, work etc

No frills business hotel, so don't expect luxury. Buffet dinner at main restaurant was nothing great

Location, staff, room, food

I was given an upgraded room (which I appreciated) about the nightclub. I could hear the music through the night. The base of the speakers carries through the floor. It was not very loud, but definitely a problem during sleep.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and clean and the staff is really helpful and nice!

They tried to scam and upon check in they said that the booking has been cancelled and need to book directly with them. Ironically, whole throughout the booking communication has been there and they actively contacted me and update them with the atrival. Not a good experience.

It is a great place and good facilities. Very clean, courteous staff, and focused on ensuring your comfort. In-site car parking is a big blessing. Special mention of Ms. Kareena, who took extra effort and ensured that my non-smoking king bed requirement was met.

Reaching Aerocity requires dealing with hopeless Delhi Traffic. But, the hotel is great.
