Embassy Suites

Location is very convenient. Just 1km from US Embassy.

It is *not* Embassy Suites. They need to stop using the name as it misleads people. It is Bharati Sangam. It is not even a hotel, but rather a big guest house kind of a place. No power backup. Set the right expectations so you don't feel cheated.

There is nothing to like about the hotel, there was even no hot water in the morning with negative temperatures and no heaters in the room

very bad experiance . They are giving us very old rooms with repaired AC and old furnitures in the rooms. I had to change the room in the midnight as AC was not working . not worth of paying 4.5K

The room was spacious and cozy, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was good. The prices are super reasonable. Overall, I had a very good stay there. Would definitely like to stay again and recommend to others.

NOTHING. FULL WASTE OF MONEY

THIS IS NOT 3 STAR HOTEL IT IS THIRD CLASS FACILITIES, BAD FOOD, NOTHING WAS IN WORKING CONDITION - NO HEATER, NO TV NOTHING. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL IT IS LIKE LODGE.

The hotel is very near to US Embassy. The rooms weren’t clean. They didn’t washed the blankets and bed cover. There was

homely feelingfelt more like a guest house home stay not a hotel.It is Bharati Sangam.Government guesthouse maintained as private property.As a family they gave us interconnected room so we had two big beds for us and for our children.Food was prepared like at home and served hot.Excellent phulkas and parathas.

Felt insecure, not opt for aged persons, no lift, difficult to step up, not clean etc

Nothing .. worst property I have ever choosen

The room provided was in a very poor state of cleanliness. The bedsheets, blankets, and towels had a foul smell, suggesting they hadn’t been washed. The waste bin was not emptied and still contained trash from the previous guests. I stayed with my 3-year-old child, who felt extremely cold as no room heaters were provided, and he was also bitten by mosquitoes, despite the temperature being below 10°C. The overall hygiene and comfort of the room were highly unsatisfactory.

The food made by dinner chef as we checked in late. Morning breakfast by Rahul is excellent..When I get up from bed at ground floor, one priest is chanting Hanuman chalisa was brilliant.It gives some positive in early day before going to ur work

The price and Quality..location wise excellent for US embassy.but price not matching the quality for example room was clean with washrooms.Bu tap in shower not working properly.t

The pictures that they shown in the site and the actual rooms and building are completely different. This property is very old. Someone from your side need to verify the actual property.

Breakfast was ok but other than the location there is nothing which can justify the price or the place

Horrible maintenance and cleaning. Extremely dirty

The staff were very friendly. My arrival and check in was smooth. The room was very spacious. They provided a fresh, home-style dinner and breakfast. I had an event nearby so the location was ideal for me: I could just walk to my event.

The bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet and washbasin both leaked water and the floor was always wet, which was dangerous because it was slippery. The washbasin itself was perched on an old cupboard and the entire thing was wobbly and felt like it would collapse if I applied any pressure. The door of the cupboard wouldn’t close so they had placed a plastic stool to hold it in place. There was no shower: just a bucket and jug to bathe.

Mattress in room was very bad. Staff kept entering room without knocking on doors. No towel or toiletries were provided

A/c sounded like a tractor running in the room No 14, muddy water, toilet needed to be cleaned, lack of any restaurant or any decent eating place nearby.

The room was dirty,washroom was not clean,there was no dustbin inside the room or bathroom,i will never stay there.

First off all, the hotel is not named as Embassy Suites. It is named as Bharti Sangam, and it wasn’t easy to locate place. It is an old bungalow and they made a few rooms reservable through Booking.com. They cot and bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Food was unhygienic and it looked like what we get in Railways!
