Only the location was ok.

Everything about the hotel was worst. Photos are fake. Nothing like the photos that are given in booking.com website. Lift takes forever to come. Stained sheets. Just stayed one night and left in the morning because of the horrible experience in this so called hotel. Intercom doesn't work. Had to come down to the reception to give food order. Had to carry out our own luggage in the morning from the room. God knows how this hotel got 4.5 rating.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I’ve encountered regarding my recent booking.Upon reviewing the room before check-in, I noticed that the pictures provided during the booking process are quite different from the actual room. The room did not meet the expectations set by the images shown online, and I have not proceeded with the check-in as a result.Considering the situation, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid, which is ₹753. Disappointing

the hotel did not provide geezer for hot water facility for bathing. They said usually in Delhi its not required,whereas i have lived in Delhi for more than 10 years, long back before this hotel existed. therefore i very well know the climate.for Rs2000 geezer is a necessity. booling.com kindly make sure these things might be minor for hotel but for customer it values more. i stayed with my wife and 5 year old child. and my child cannot tolerate the temperature.but seeing our condition the room service man felt for us and gave us hot water by bucket. its a pathetic condition despite the payment we had to beg for our facilities.

Very poor

I knew it was a budget 2* hotel but I just needed a room for one night after a flight and before being collected in the morning. Arrived around 11.00pm filled in necessary paperwork but they insisted showing me the room before giving me the key or taking luggage upstairs. There were 3 young men in reception that were going to stay and when I returned from seeing room they had been joined by a women and all 4 went upstairs, without any luggage. The next morning the breakfast I had ordered and was included in the price failed to arrive even after I kept ringing reception for 45 minutes.

Staff is rude including the manager and bed are not organised properly fan and ac on one side and bed.is on other side ....toilet door does not gets closed. ......for this hotel a BIG NO next time

Unfortunately this stay wasn't a good one, the rooms smelled like cigarettes and the staff weren't very kind and approachable. We were told we's get coffee/breakfast at 8:00am, when we called at that time we were told it would open only at 9 and that we had to wait. The staff was rude. The bedsheets were covered with some oil stains and we needed to request new sheets upon arrival. The food was not good either and there wasn't any spread to choose from.

Everything else. Arrived 2 am in the morning, had booked a day in advanced and then they tell me the only room available, the bathroom isnt functional. Had to leave.

They had unlimited water bottles at the reception

This property was dirty when I arrived there. The bed sheets and pillow cases had hairs on it and room smelled a lil. The door knobs were broken of bathroom as well as room. There was AC but it was not working and the toilet was not cleaned there were hairs on the drainage as well.

the room was dark and dingy. The only window in the room opened up to a duct which has all the aircon compressor units and bathroom ventilators. The hotel was shady. The room floor was absolutely dirty and the bathroom was filthy. There was no towel or glass in the room. Restaurant does not function anymore. I decided to not stay the second night and checked out of the place

The property seems fine in pictures , but really needs a makeover

Same as above . Needs renovation there where leakage all over the room . The ac wasn’t working at all . The room was too much humid .

Rooms were full of cockroaches, bed were not proper. Bed sheet were dirty and full of stains and hairs, Inspite of telling the change the bedsheet before check in, staff didn't listen.No facility were there in the room, Two people checked in so 2 towel should be there, service was very slow

The bed was so comfortable in this hotel and the staff was friendly. rooms were neat and clean with a good view, bathroom was also very clean and clear.
