Worst hotel I have ever seen I ll rate -1, from outside it looks nice but from inside its 3rd class, staff is very bad, they use 10 rps doormat by joining 2 cloths together, when we enter the room it was smell like hell n blood stains on the bed, we asked them to change the room they took 3 hrs to chng my room, I booked my room for same day stay. they took 3 hrs to chng my room n I have to asked them by calling several times, n when we were leaving they were asking charges for blood stain,they take visitors phn to enter their feedback n comments they do it by themselves, do not book this hotel, it ll become your worst experience like me, wastage of time n wastage of money. I would suggest do not book this hotel.... Worst hotel wastage of time and money

Location was okay...in the midst of hotel area. The room was okay for the rate mentioned.

Staff behaviour was a little arrogant. Sound proofing of the room was not okay. There was not enough water on the taps at the end of our stay.

Breakfast, Hygeine in kitchen, Room cleanliness, Noise from Generator, Dirty Bedlinen, Non responsive management even after lodging complain. I was given a room below the category for which I had paid and no invoice provided at checkout telling that printer is not working.

It was a horrible experience

Nothing, it was a such a bad experience i never forgot.No room cleaning, always dirty environment A group of trouts are managing the hotels, even they took extra money for staying and even refused to give a lodging bill. I have requested them several times to give a bill but they didn’t. In early morning i had to leave the hotel without proper bill. you have reputation plz don’t allow this type of hotels to enjoy your goodwill.

Bathroom was clean.At reception Mr. Vikesh was very soft spoken.

In your site, Break fast charges showed ₹200 per person but when we ordered they charge very high amount. Sandwich bread were stale and very badly smelled bread they served.Fraud management. Cheating with guest.Worst breakfast ever had in any hotel. Booked the hotel after seeing photos from site but nothing like that.Kitchen place is very dirty and not maintained hygiene standard.Bedsheet and blanket were dirty. Hidden kida bites a lot due to uncleanness.Worst hotel to stay. Adjoining Hotel The Pavillion management is same so expecting the same as this.

I liked nothing. One of the worst hotel I have ever been to. I travelled all the way from Manali and had to catch a flight so I was there from 9 Am - 6 Pm. They charged me. 2,200 and gave me the worst room of the property.

The hotel ambience, staff were very rude, ordered food which was not delivered. The towels were dirty. Charged a high price for a very very small room. They did not even provide water in the room even after asking them to do so. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very bad. They do not even have the courtesy to drop the luggage of the customer in the car. This is definitely not a three star hotel experience. Not at all recommended. Only recommend for couples if you want to spend some time together but definitely not for night stay.

I hate this hotel,breakfast was disaster if i compare this with thela wala where all the low class people eat thats what they made. I paid 2000 rupees for this hotel from 8am to 5pm on 14th nov

Poor standard of linen, very small rooms

The property got the booking.com reservation cancelled (apparently they told us they need to cancel the reservation )and charge enhanced cost thus fleecing customers and more so the web portal Booking.Com.

The only thing I like is that the room was clean.

They overcharged with the name of extra Taxes, I argued with him because according to the app total charges were different included GST but they overcharged me stating these are the extra taxes which is not mentioned in the app.

Perfect Place to stay in near airport. just 1 km walking distance from airport. Rooms were clean, staff were supportive and food quality was good.
