The staffs were unprofessional and they dnt care about guest at all my pacakge I paid for including airport drop and complementary drinks alcoholic nothing was been taken care properly inspite of several reminders . During checkout I paid out myself even thought front desk guy told me they will drop me up but they didnot bother and paying such a high stay cost for old property was a bad deal for me .The lobby manager tried to rectify and do his best however my perception was getting changed later on during checkout the same unprofessionalism comes out as I paid for taxi for drop off which was in my package included alreday .I highly dnt recommend any business traveler beware before booking extra paid out are not been taken care them .I’m totally disappointed from staffs behavior they surely will destroy the goodwill of JAL .

Well, water pressure is „none existing“. AC makes your room feel like a wet cloth. With drips from wall and ceiling. The location is bad.

We were given twin bed instead of one king bed. Wash room fittings were very old. No hot water in wash room .

It’s a big and spacious hotel, my room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is good and reachable from the airport. The staff was quiet but friendly.

It has been a while since it was renovated, I think it needs one. Also after my room was cleaned once, there was a really strong smell of cigarettes, I suspect the AC venting or the staff had just smoked before cleaning my room. Traffic noise was really loud.

Breakfast was good. Navratri thali was very good in dinner.

While check in we hv been offered twin beds, even though we opted for king bed for both of our rooms. After objecting and long debats, they managed to give us king beds rooms. I didn't understand, why this we not provided at first.

The hotel location was great short taxi rides from Karol Bagh and Connaught place

Swimming pool was closed during stay

I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool, modern facilities like hot water. When I got to the location on 7/3/25 the swimming pool was out of order, the had major pipework going on which meant the water was warm and constant noice and maintenance in place. When I raised this with the hotel I was told booking.com were aware. I never received any email about this. I booked a 20 day stay to have a relaxing hotel which turned out to be a nightmare. The staff weren’t helpful or willing to do anything. The manager advised due to the work the hotel prices were dropped to 6000/7000 rupees per night and if I try and book now it will also mention the pool not available and maintenance work going on. This was never communicated to me others I would have changed my hotel. I want a refund and my complaint escalated.

Specifically requested for a single king sized/queen sized bed. Called the property beforehand to make sure this was done but it wasn't. They were very quick to reject the payment options via booking.com but not quick enough to meet the requirements of the guests.

BEFORE MY ARRIVAL, I ASKED FOR AN EARLY CHECK-IN LIKE 1 PM.THEY GAVE ME THE ROOK 02.20 PM. REASON THEY WERE CLEANING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL WAS SO POOR IN HANDLING THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.I HAD TO GO TO THE LOBBY MANAGER WHO WAS SITTING NEXT TO HER WATCHING EVERYTHING AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE ROOM WAS OK BUT THE BATHROOM WAS 5 X 5 IN SIZE SO TINY AND VERY DIRTY ON THE CORNERS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BATHROOM SOZE AND THE LOOK.THE BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS A DISASTER. EVEN A 2-STAR HOTEL CAN GIVE A BETTER BREAKFAST. JUST 30 VERITIES WERE THERE, AND THEY CALL THAT A FABULOUS BREAKFAST, AND THIS IS A 5-STAR HOTEL.THE HOTEL IS SITUATED ON A NARROW STREET AND THE BUILDING WAS SO DIRTY THAT A REASON ON THIER WEBSITE THEY PUT A POOL PICTURE INSTEAD OF THEIR HOTEL PICTURE.

The location was excellent. Near the Metro. Easy access to the airport via metro.

The room was not really clean, The beds were not good. The toilet could have been cleaner.

The restaurant is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!The duty managers Jiten and the night manager were amazing - thank you for being so kind!

The first floor rooms were not my favourite but when we changed rooms to a few floors above - its was SUPERB!! Clean, spacious and comfortable

I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it fell significantly short of the standards expected from a 5-star establishment.Rooms:The room was not up to the expected standard. It was dusty, had an unpleasant odor, and required recleaning. I had to request room service to address these issues.Breakfast:Despite being part of a third-party booking, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included or provided, which was unexpected.Service:While the general staff were friendly and approachable, the day floor manager was notably unfriendly and unaccommodating. This was particularly disappointing given the level of service expected from a luxury hotel.Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I left feeling very disappointed. I hope these points can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Amenities:At one point, the hotel ran out of towels for several hours, which was highly inconvenient. The shower in the washroom had malfunction, and the hotel did not react on it.

Except location nothing else was good about the hotel.

Worn out mattress & bedsheets.Worn out towels, hand towels.Worst functioning of taps in the washroom.Rust-laden frames.Broken wooden floor.Poor wifi.Poor quality tea kettle.Repair work noise from 7 am till 8 pm.Not a very lavish breakfast.

Food was good.

The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional. Despite clearly informing them via call and email—before making the payment—that I would be staying with my wife to celebrate her birthday, they failed to mention any additional charges. Due to a mistake on Booking.com, the reservation was marked for one person instead of two, yet they made no effort to clarify this in advance. The worst part was their incessant calls—both on my mobile and the room's landline—demanding extra payment immediately after check-in. Not only did they charge separately for the stay, but they also insisted on additional fees for breakfast, making the experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.
