- Very poor clean. No breakfast. No enough staff. Only one cleaner. He is serving all things.
- I rated 1/10 to this OYO 5378 South Paradise. It was just horrible experience for me. I reached at the property on 1st October 2022 at 8:15p.m. along with my family as I had already booked 2 rooms for 4 persons via Booking.com website. I went to the reception regarding my bookings and that male receptionist told me in Hindi in very unprofessional way that there no rooms available, they told me that they didn't get any intimation of my booking and also told us to look other hotel nearby. I said to that receptionist to check the bookings list as I had already made booking at that property, but they didn't. I also mentioned special request of "late Check-In" during this booking because I had flight from Kolkata to Delhi which arrives at 5:30 pm on 1st October 2022.I was with my family standing outside the property in night at 8:15 p.m. and that was behavior of receptionist of that OYO 5378 South Paradise to us. They can't imagine what I had been gone through at that time. Seriously, bad experience of my life. What I didn't understand is how is it possible that rooms are not available after I had confirmed booking at the property named as OYO 5378 South Paradise. I also got a mail regarding feedback about this property in which they mentioned that I has successfully completed my stay at that property. How is it possible that I had successfully completed my stay at OYO 5378 South Paradise where I didn't Checked-In as rooms were not available.
- For the first time I have experienced the scam with the deal with booking.com app as they offered me me a OYO property but actually the owner is different & after arriving they told me to collect my advance payment from OYO, they can't refund me the advance as I have the deal with OYO not with them. They have no rooms at that property, in that cost it was displayed at booking. com app. If I will aggree to pay double cost for that selected room, then the advance payment may be adjusted. That time I was puzzled to face such kind of *scam* & when I have reached, there was no option for other accomodation.
