Pros +
- The location.
- The service was timely. The staff was quite polite, courteous, and helpful, except for the guy at the reception who didn't have much hospitality vibes at times. The complimentary buffet style breakfast was great, and the rest of the food that was ordered to the room was quite good too. The staff was quick to prepare and deliver the orders. The bed was comfy enough and supplied with ample pillows. The bathroom, although small, was kept clean enough and does the job. The room is spacious enough for a solo traveller with an intention on working or writing. This was the perfect amount of space. Not too sure about the "economic single room." The location is also quite good. It is easily reachable by metro, just a couple minutes walk away from the greater kailash metro. And the hotel itself is placed within a relatively posh and clean residential area. 2k per night with bf included seems totally worth it in such a good area and good hotel in Delhi.
- Checkin to checkout we did not like anything.
Cons -
- I didn't like the mattress of the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the spring of the mattress worn out. It's required to be changed on an urgent basis.
- Very minor nitpicks that kept the experience away from perfection. Did not like the cooling levels of the window AC in my room. Could have been cooler. And some of the cupboards and compartments were not pristine clean; just clean enough. Did not like the quality of the bath towels provided. Ended up not using it.The kettle could have been kept cleaner. They provided laundry and iron service at the hotel. I had given a couple of colored clothes and one white tee to be washed. I guess they must have put it all together because a maroon tee and shirt i had given ended up having quite a bit of minute white lints and residue. Not to the point of ruin but, still a minor inconvenience.
- From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a nightmare. We were handed a massive, outdated logbook and told to write down our own details. no guidance, no welcome, just confusion. Once we got to our room, the issues started piling up. The bathroom door couldn't even lock, and the water pressure was barely more than a trickle. We immediately requested a room change, and after waiting nearly half an hour, we were moved but somehow, things got even worse. A revolting stench oozed from the bathroom sink, the tap was broken to the point you could remove the lever with your hand, and the bedsheets were yellowed and stained. The floor felt grimy underfoot, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The so-called air conditioner was an ancient, window-mounted machine that sounded like a jet engine and produced no cold air whatsoever just noise. There were zero bathroom amenities provided. No soap, no shampoo, nothing. As if that wasn’t enough, room service was nonexistent. It felt more like staying in a neglected storage unit than a hotel room.We had paid for five nights. We barely survived two. On the third day, we packed up and left without even asking for a refund we were just desperate to get out. I won’t even begin to describe the breakfast… it was the final insult in an already disgusting and uncomfortable stay.

I liked the location but food was not up to the mark also they served it very late
The reception area was impressive, the room was neat & clean however a bit small in size, the locality was nice.
This is in a prime location from airport(30 mins) and easy to reach location/ accessible to the near by spots lotus temple etc. Breakfast was good, but the variety spread was less.
The hotel reception individuals are less friendly. When enquired for an extended paid checkout was denied and they didn't even show any empathy in addressing the request. Instead they outrightly rejected it as soon as requested.
The location is very good. 200mtrs away from Greater Kailash Metro gives you access to NCRThe rooms are basic not completely worth ₹4K. If you get it for less than ₹3.5K including breakfast you it's a good deal. The staff are courteous. Food is fine. For breakfast try to reach early to get hot food else cold food might await you.All in all a good place for 1 to 2 nights stay especially with the advantage of location. If you take your car here, parking might be a bit difficult but possible. There is no dedicated parking but arrangements can be made.
Rooms need renovation. Need more lights inside room. Washroom needs to be cleaner.
Everything was great be it location, staff , Clean Linens were also provided, Room of choice was also provided to us, Brekfast was also very good.
Washroom should be more clean. It must be cleant properly daily after each check out that’s was the maim issue.
Great Location, 5 minute walk to the Metro Station and in the heart of South Delhi. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate.
Bathrooms were a bit cramped but clean.
Rooms were beautifully designed with a study table option. The washroom was also big and had a shower option. I really enjoyed my stay.
NA
I love spacious rooms and beautiful lobby to relax along with detox welcome drink. Interior also beautifully designed with having natural light in center of the hotel.
I love the locality along with the service. Service was beyond as per the expectations. Staff too was friendly and polite while interacting with.
It was enough parking space available if travelling by own vehicle. There was beautiful lobby and hotel was friendly for family stay.
Awesome rooms and hospitality. Too spacious rooms. Looks like suite & VIP rooms
I like the hotel room, The interior of the room was good and the washroom was spacious... Security was up to the mark.
Entrance was appealing & the staff was really cooperative and the lift was also in place. Liked it!!!
We booked the largest superior room which was good in size but all superior rooms are next to the main road which leads to 24 h traffic noise. Anyone who knows Delhi, knows that this means honking and loud motors nonstop. We immediately changed into a tiny room which was silent but I still had to pay the superior room for both days even the room, bathroom and bed were much too small for a family. Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful!!! Airport Service was flawless. Waiters were also very friendly.Ordered food was fine, breakfast buffet rather basic.
Windows broken, not possible to close. Lights flickering, not able to turn off as they turn on with the socket... so whether you can charge your phone and get an epileptic fit or you don't charge your phone and stand up to turn of the light.
Cleanliness and well-mannered staff
Pre-payment was a hassle
The reception staff was really nice, we booked for 2days we extended our stay 4 days due to work. it was nice but the rooms were a bit small. The beds were very comfortable
I liked the attitude of the staff very pleasant and sweet
Reasonable prices / easy check in/ location ok
Cleaners barely come around- you'll have to beg them to do it. Grumpy reception staff, except 1. Breakfast was far too limiting- a bit problematic ordering cabs
