Nothing at all . It¿s worth for the price at all. It had hot water per sure

Hopeless breakfast. Very dirty bathrooms, mould in the bathrooms. Sinks leaking. Do not provide hand towels. No toilet papers. Not clean at all. Sanitation pretty bad. Bathroom stinks like sanitary smell.

Near to Metro station and Airport

This property does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. At nearly ₹7,000 per night, it offers poor value for money. I booked it based on its advertised rating, but the experience was disappointing. The rooms are extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep at night.

Arch Hotel. I've stayed at Arch Hotel many times over the years since 2019. It is always consistently comfortable and clean, with a friendly staff and a good restaurant.The location is very easy access to the airport which I also find very convenient.They are expanding now with a new wing of additional rooms.

The hotel is close to the airport and very clean.

It was a bit cold as the air conditioning works only on cold mode even in winter, but they provided us with heaters.

booking.com to refund 50% as charged me double compared to hotel tariff

not worth for 7000 + . tariff at hotel i 3000 + i heard they are concluding at this rate. surprised to see BOOKING.com changed me 100% more !!!!!

The hotel is always clean, as observed during my multiple stays, and the staff is attentive and polite.

The food at this hotel and the breakfast buffet are generally good, but during my last stay, all breakfast items were extremely cold and not being heated up regularly until the guests pointed this out. The staff was around but didn't pay attention to this until this was raised.

Rooms very large and clean. Staff very helpful with everything.

Noise. Not outside Noise but I presume other guests in the corridors on mobile phones. Groups of people talking loudly in the corridors gone midnight. Possibly an isolated case but could have done without it.

Breakfast was delicious traditional Indian cuisine. The location near the Delhi airport was very convenient.

Breakfast was very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The toilet in the dining area is very close to the table. People queueing near the dining table to enter into the toilet. Please make necessary arrangements.

I was looking for a budget hotel to stay for a couple of days that is nearby to the Airport. Arch fulfilled all the requirements that I had. The staff were courteous, the food was good. the room was neat and clean. I would rate the Arch Hotel highly if you are looking for a no-frills, budget accommodation that is near to the IGIA or Aerocity.

The room could have been slightly bigger.

Indeed a value-for-money Hotel very near to the Airport. The room size is large, Food is OK and tasty Staff are courteous and friendly.

Very close to T3 so in a good position for early flight

VERY DIRTY - ignore all the positive reviews

Very dirty - definitely not 4 star First room they showed us had overpowering smell of nicotine which they tried to mask with spray. Dirty stained bedlinen and torn dirty pillowcasesMoved to another room at our request not much better, no towels or toilet paper we had ask for both. Noisy most of the night as the staff go from floor to floor shouting and talking aloud. We had two attempts of people trying to get in the room after midnight by knocking on the door (thankfully locked) who went once we responded.

Nothing to like about this property apart from misleading star ratings.

Purported 4-star hotel that unfortunately provided a subpar 1-star experience. The bedsheets were dirty and ripped, and no towels were provided initially. Despite requesting towels for two persons, only one dirty towel was provided. Additionally, there was no hot water available throughout my stay. Misleading star rating please don’t go by this I wouldn’t recommend.

Location and staff and food

Misinformation about location, cold rooms, felt like bed was wet.. other guests made too much noise in corridor.. so if you are on a layover and want to take nice nap… forget about it.. I got ringed on my door by kids group during daytime 5 times and staff was watching it.. when I got annoyed they said sir they are kids..
