The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa New Delhi

The breakfast was really fantastic. One of the best of my time traveling in India. And the location is hard to beat.

The hotel was definitely nice. It was not 5 stars nice though -- it was a solid 4 star. They are only able to charge 5 star prices because of the location. Had it been billed as a 4 star, would have been plenty happy.

Very central. Comfortable. We arrived late to breakfast and they still let us in- very good customer service

Facility, cleanliness, comfort, and location. Service was the best.

Key card did not work on the last two days even after replacement. Worked the first time after replacement but did not work after that. Service staff had to help us get in the room. Water pressure on the sink faucet is little high. Air Conditioning did not have heating option.

courteous staff

the ac in the room was bad. the temperature control could not be set to more than 28 and the room had so much humidity that anything left outside was wet.

i liked the room. outdoor, location. swimming pool

The location is good, stuff is friendly, honest and very helpful. Room is clean.

The food needs to look at it more regarding the variety

Good breakfast buffetStaff friendly and helpfulNice room

fine property

the room wascold and Icould not get it comfortable. sofa had old stains. window had cobwebs in a corner and reflective window film was peeling off

Breakfast menu was good. Especially liked the fact that they had mutton kheema in the menu. Service was exemplary . We had an additional bed added to the room and thought it was small , it was very comfortable. We stayed at the hotel to go for a US Visa Interview and the rates for the hotel were very reasonable (18K Rupees) , while all other 4 and 5 star hotels in the area on the day were gng for (40-60K) . Location is very closely to Connaught Palace and Bangla Sahib

Stay was good and comfortable

Watching television. There was nothing to watch . No movies connection.

Everything StaffCleanliness Location

Breakfast is good Taste wise it can be still better

staffs are kind and gentle, food is good.

wifi speed is poor.

Location

Service was not upto the mark. It took more than 30 mins to check in the hotel & only one person was avilable at the reception for all the task. Wife connectivity was poor. Buffet Breakfast had very few options, and the quality of food was not great. Also, faced an issue in the booking with this hotel. At the time of booking from booking.com no payment was deducted & not received confirmation also. I had to book again from make my trip, 2 rooms confirmed immediately. On arrival, receive a surpise from the hotel that 3 rooms are booked & paid. Made multiple request to the manager either to modify the date or cancel one room but request was rejected. Also contacted booking.com for the same but no action has been taken.

Everything good

We have booked family room.. hostel has arranged smaller bed with king size bed. Unfortunately that bed blankets and pillow are bad small.

The convenience and ease of going around the city, proximity to metro station

The ambience and staff

Staff behavior and quick response

No USB A and USB C charger support. We need to request for an adapter.

Excelent location right in New Delhi where many touristic places are relative close. It's not far from metro station which can be reach from the airport terminal 3 (verry good option to avoid scamers)

Humidity smell like.

The property was good and their staff was exceptional. Their staff Mr. Prince, Mr. Pawan were helpful and also one of their female staff was having a smily face and attended me exceptionally. Mr Balender the bell boy and Mr. Carin and Manoj were to professional and fulfilled my request within mins. Exceptional staff. Their front office staff were professional

The hotel didn’t had a space where if the guest gets bored, they go down at the lobby, the sofa storing place was not pleasant. It was round sofa and it was not convenient. If they replace with individual sofa where a customers can sit and meet the guests would be better.

This property has a great location; close to shops and central delhi amenities. I have stayed at this hotel many times.

Nothing really as i stay here when i need to be in central Delhi.

Good hotel, all that you can expect from a place like this, is there. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool. Location is very good! After another hectic day in Delhi, it's nice find some peace and quiet here.

The extra bed for my son could have been better. Thin mattress and it made noise when he moved.
