HOTEL TASHKENT PALACE - Budget Friendly, Near R K Ashram Metro Station

It was close to popular places in Delhi such as carol bagh, CP, new delhi railway station etc

Room was't clean. The door knob broke in first use. The room was stinky and linen was smelly and dirty

Location is 5 min walk to Blue Line RamKrishna Ashram Metro; Easy day trip to Red Fort, Qutub Minar , Bahai Temple etc..

please don’t go in this hotel. i was booked this hotel by booking.com and they provide me a very small room where we couldn’t keep the luggage very well.one of the worst experience till now in this hotel. the room which was provided me, was so small. they don’t provide even a chair in the room. they don’t care about the cleanliness at all, you can find dust and garbage everywhere not only in the room but also on the rooftop.the bathroom of my room was so disappointing as there exhaust fan was not working, flush was also not working properly, and specially the tap was leaking continuously which was so noisy and couldn’t sleep well.after getting all these issues I contacted to the front office manager (Pandey Jee) who was looking so dull and inactive. I gave him full day to repair the washroom problem but he was failure to fix that and specially I was surprised when i listened to housekeeping staff that manager didn’t tell me about any issue. anyway i recommend to everyone that please don’t go in this hotel because they charge too much but they provide nothing according to the value.

The room was very neat and clean with all the amenities in good working condition like geyser, TV and AC. The bed was comfy. At a reasonable price we got the deluxe room and it was such a comfortable stay. The behaviour of the hotel staff was also great. They are polite and always at service. Overall it was a great experience.

This was my second stay at the hotel Tashkent. Extremely friendly staff and always willing to help. Great location. Definitely visit the Sita Ram Diwan Chand restaurant for breakfast (3 min away). I wouldn’t say the room was 100% clean, but by Delhi standards, it’s definitely cleaner than other hotels in this price range.

Safe environment, appropriate behavior and good hospitality.

Good value for money. Competitive price but neat and clean. Has a lift which is uncommon in the hotels of this price range.

Furnitures and fittings could be better.

Breakfast was good. Location ok. Inside the lane.

11 hour check out should change to 24 hour checkout Reason we used 6 hours only for one day £ night. They have charged 80%. That is quet unreasonable When requested for 50 % not accepted allowed 20%discount.

Great location, lovely room, comfortable pillows and mattress, polite staff, tasty food and nice juices. Great hotel.

I liked everything

The location of the property is good. The RK Ashram metro station is just half kilometers away from the property and the NDLS railway station (Paharganj) is 1.3kms away. You can easily get e-rikshaws and autos at affordable rates. The rooms were also budget friendly.

The rooms looked different from the pictures. The furniture's and wooden cabinets were in a poor state. The geyser was not working. The washroom is very small . Even the bedsheet was not cleaned properly.

I liked that there was a water disposer inside the hotel.

The owner and staff of this Tashkent Palace hotel are not good. They gave us a very small and dirty room. The door lock of my room was damaged and not working properly.The room was extremely dirty and the hotel staff didn't clean it properly. The bed sheet was not washed properly and smelled very bad. It was not clean properly and there were leeches all over the bed. The hotel manager charged us extra for this bad and small room. The rent of the small room is very high and the hotel staff deliberately charged us a lot of money for this room. The overall facilities and condition of the rooms of the Tashkent Palace hotel is very poor, overpriced, disappointing, and unhealthy. The hotel staff is not very friendly and sometimes they behave very badly when we ask for their help. Our experience of staying in the Taskent Palace hotel was horrible and disgusting. I strongly recommend booking.com to remove any kind of advertisement of this hotel from your site. Hotel Tashkent Palace is a very bad, overpriced, and dirty hotel.

Helpful staff

The AC is not in your command, gotta ask reception to turn it on, and sometimes they turn it off on their initiative. Also hot water need to ask to turn it on, only available without asking in the morning.

The hotel is very good in the area and the price is fair. The bed and sheets were clean, as well as the toilet. The hot water worked just fine. The staff was very nice.

The location was good as it was near to new delhi railway station and all necessary shops and required stuff were nearby.

The picture view of the hotel room was shown a little spacious but in reality it was very compact, which means not as shown.

I like the room size despite its confined space, it was still sufficient for two people. I also like how seamless it was to pay at the hotel and got the access to the room immediately.

The room was situated besides the lift, and due to this, a lot of people's chattering and noise was coming in, but apart from this, everything else was fine for us.

As per the location - reasonably good place to stay. .one can walk from Paharganj exit of new delhi railway station to reach here . Also one can walk out to main street (100m) and find eateries and cab/auto.

Room services and room quality seemed sub-standard.

That was bad even for India, Mold and humid air drove me crazy. I leaved a day before my booking finished
