Hotel Sweet Home DX I Nearby New Delhi Railway Station

Clean room, comfortable beds and super nice and helpful staff! They also provide the airport transfer at a very reasonable price, same as Uber. And the New Delhi railway station/ metro is only a couple of minutes away by walking. I really appreciated their help and they care a lot about your safety. Really recommended.

The place is old, not clean, and noisy

Basic accomodation. Rooms are are not sound proof. Air vent above the door brings in noise and let's out the air conditioning. It was a good value for money stay. If you need to check in early or check out late, you will be charged. Staff was courteous and prompt.

Rooms were not clean. Staffs were non responsive, Amenities were non functional. TV not working, intercom dead, hot water erratic supply. Space was less.Not advisable to book online as there is huge mismatch in what is promised and what you get

It was in the street where no taxi and autorickshaw wanted to go.Cleanliness is horrible.The bathroom and bedroom were dirty and I had to ask them to clean twice and there were fallen hairs in the room.The AC was noisy and suffocating. Extremely dirty.For the price I paid no facilities were worth it.

Staff behaviour excellent but service poor

I stayed 3 night they didn’t clean my room.They didn’t change bed cover any more .

it's too near from New Delhi station. hotel is too species. location good. I can recommend this hotel for indian and other countries except Bangladeshi travelers.

Room's are cleaned. staff also helpful. The hotel manager is a Bengali man. he is good. But Around the hotel, there is no Bangladeshi food hotel. if you want Bangladeshi food. you have to walk 10-15 minutes.

Firstly, the location is perfect. It just a 5 minute walk from the NDL station. If you're looking for a hotel near the station then this is your pick! My parents stayed there for a day and I'm writing this review after hearing a lot of good things about the hotel from them. So the rooms were spotless clean and spacious too. The linen and towels were clean and the room was sanitized. It's perfect for the stay. So a very good value for money at this price. The manager was very polite and kind enough to allow us to check in early since we arrived early in the morning. He was very soft spoken and gave us the keys instantly without any delay. The staff (chotu) was so helpful and arranged whatever we've asked for. He also arranged us warm water for the shower and helped us with the luggage. And while going out he even arranged a rickshaw for us. So yeah the experience was very good and the stay was pleasant without any sort of hassles. I would definitely stay at this place the next time I go to Delhi. ?

It would be better if they could arrange a kitchen and provide the customers with the food & water inside the hotel itself.
