Good location central to old and New Delhi.

A bit run down but it did not affect our stay. Everything in our room was acceptable.

Location, Cleanliness and helpful staff

Property nearby metro station ( blue line) about 5 minutes walk. Safe to walk. Staff very friendly

I didn’t like how compact the room and washroom was. There was nothing in the bathroom to hang my clothes on. Having raised this concern, they were kind enough to upgrade my room which was better in comparison to the previous room. However, the lights were quite dim, the bathroom neatness and cleanliness didn’t match my expectations.

Nothing stands out in mind to be honest.

The communication of the staff regarding their regulations for accepting bookings. I discovered at the time of check in that they weren't ready to accept my booking despite of receiving confirmation on the app and accepting the payment from me already. I had to speak to the manager who did not believe me that I had made the payment to the hotel. It was an unpleasant experience.

Breakfast was great. A large selection of western and Indian items on the buffet, The beds and pilows were very comfortable

The TV was not working properly, but maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The AC remote didn't work and would not raise the temp to a comfortable level or shut it off; therefore, I shivered both nights.

The staff was very rude, room was dirty and basic amenities were either missing or not usable

Breakfast was too good

WiFi and AC is pathetic. They give you only two mineral water bottles of half litre for one day in double room. You can imagine how you will survive? You have to make tea from these bottles too. Bed sheets were dirty. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast, with a dosa chef in the restaurant, was excellent. The fact that it was possible to get a cold beer in one's room in the evening was also very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of us travelled to India for work, and stayed on after so we could visit several cities, starting and ending in Delhi. After the first few days in the Connaught - one of us on her own until the other finished work - we were happy enough with the hotel to come back for the second stay in Delhi. All in all it was reasonably priced and fantastically located for the Connaught Place area, a generally overpriced location.

We asked the hotel to keep our larger suitcases holding things we didn't need while we travelled outside Delhi, returning to the Connaught. They said they would, which we expected as we have done this in mid-range hotels like this in other countries. But just as we were leaving they told us they didn't want to keep the bags - they didn't have a luggage room, and seemed reluctant to keep the bags in their office, which in fact would not have been very secure. We fortunately could find another solution with local colleagues, but it would have been nice if they had explained this earlier! It's possible there was just an initial misunderstanding. Perhaps the hotel could in future find a secure space somewhere in the building to hold bags for returning travellers.And as is common in India, the electrical outlets in the first room we had didn't clip on to the plugs hard enough to keep them in contact, so plugs didn't stay plugged in. The hotel immediately sent a technical guy who fixed the problem, so this is more a positive mention than a negative one.

Nothing at all, maybe the location

The corridors very smiley because of the carpet I think since 5 years no one clean it.When I ordered food they asked for extra charge without justification and the food tray was horrible.

Price is ok

1.AC not working . They provided a pedestal fan 2.They are not cooperative

Worst service and pathetic treatment to guests. Rude behaviour of hotel staff who seem unaware of what is meant by hospitality!

They didn't even provide the room. The manner in which the front office responded seemed as if he was doing me a favour or charity.

Only location

Instructions left were not followed ( small items were asked tea, creamer and water). Only one bath and hand towel in the room booked for two.

good location, friendly staff and satisfying breakfast.

The room which I got was good. But AC was not working properly. Then they changed me to another room. But that room was so small. Then next day changed me to another room. That was excellent.

Hospitality at its best. Amazing food. Highly recommended. Mr. Surinder and Mr. Lalit both managing it very well.

No dislikes.All good.

The hotel was extremely dirty and neglected. Broken furniture in the room. An hotel not to be recommended. Reception staff not friendly at all. Did not feel comfortable staying there.
