I did not stay there since they were asking extra money to give the room. Rude, arrogant staff. I told and showed them the receipt which I paid completely for the booking but still they saying they cannot give the room for that booking. I have to pay more

They said that they never let booking.com registered users for the stay.Then I requested to let me two rooms but they said that the price is three times more than the price I booked.Moreover, their behavior was too rude and there was no hotels nearby.So I had to travel so far with old parents and very small babies. Nowonward I can't believe that property listed in booking.com are trustworthy.

owner cheted the foreigners and i pay from OYO for the booking ,then again owner ask cash and he promised to revers my oyo payment but it naver happened

Paid 1.5k at reception in addition to advance 531 to oyo. Over-priced room as per bad quality of room. Only one bulb working no tubelight anything.

They charge me 1500 for room actually booking.com and Oyo did fraud with people. They give room offer in 1000 and hotel manager charge 1500 said booking.com pays to Oyo not us you have to give 1500 for booking this is a totally fraud

No Bulb (light) in washroom, one towale for 2 people, geyser was not working, no water bottle provide, one Shop (how do I use same shop for toilet & shower?), charging plug is only 2 and 1 we was broken...etc... multiple problems.I book for 507 Rs, when i reached at hotel they say we'll not provide you room because that's some mistake by website that you book our room price is 1800 Rs/night (1800 for all of the above problem?) One of the worst experience I have ever feel, i think it's their strategy to charge customer higher, because they no that at 12:00 PM you'll definitely stay here because of no choice.

Very unhygienic,Ac was not working in room 104 ,after calling them 10 times they changed the room,Cockroaches and bugs were present on bed and bathroom.No complimentary breakfast given.

The bedsheets were not clean, the room was horribly dirty, the windows were broken so all the heat and dirt from outside was making the AC in the room useless.

Room was not clean. Dust all around on table. Food plates were dirty. We booked room with breakfast included but they didn't provide. Staff was untrained. Room amenities were not placed. Room window was broken. Staff was not supportive.

Rude staff , totally ignorant, walls were totally damp , water everywhere on the floor , it doesn't match 1% of what it looks like in pictures, Full of mosquitoes , horrible smell Will not suggest anyone to look forward for this hotel.
