Staff was really nice and kind

It was nice but noting special, we arrived late at night and after a really long day traveling we entered the Room and took a shower but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there was no hot water, the day after we had the same problem even if I told the staff to solve the problem by the afternoon because we had a trip that day and we were coming back tired at the hotel and wanted to shower but when we came back the problem was not solved and we had to wait an hour and half more to shower.

Spacious clean good facilities.

Like a lot of these large complexes very few residents.No alcohol on site.This should be made clear on their website.

Hotel staff were exceptional

Hotel is falling apart and very dated. Location is terrible miles away from anything.

Bad stay!

Wofi wasn’t working in the room, tv wasn’t working! Worst part there was no hot water for three days and I was brought hot water in a bucket to shower with! And the hotel staff didn’t bother at all!

Very excellent place and venue for conducting marriages and stay for the couples and marriage invities to stay during the marriages and they also have the facilities to provide gifts for marriages and wedding planners can contact them to conduct marriages in their hotel, banquet hall and such other hotels such as Radisson Blu, Taj, Ramada, Seven Seas, Crown Plaza, Marriot, Hyatt, Roseate, Ibis, Oberoi, Leela palace and respective original hotels, respective original banquet halls in new delhi can be operated to conduct marriages, and related functions as per the marriage family customs and traditions and marriages can happen in and around respective original homes at respective original appropriate locations such as temples, mandirs, masjids, churches, gurudwaras, respective original venues such as palace grounds in bangalore similarly such respective original hotels, respective original banquet halls, respective original homes, respective original locations such as temples, mandirs, masjids, churches, gurudwaras, respective original venues in India and around the world

would like to and respective original people can visit the venue again with respective original husband, respective original husband's family, my family and respective original families, my husband friends respective original husband's friends, my friends and respective original people friends respectively and appropriately

Not maintaining 5 start tag with respect to facilities.

Poor communication and pathetic water system, Smell was coming like gutter water.

Good points:location. Bad points: 1. Front Staff is wholly unhelpful. 2. Initially given a room with stains on bedsheet, and duvet and pillow covers; there were drawings on the wall; the furniture was dirty; and toilet was dirty too. After 2 calls to hotel front desk I had to go to Reception and inform them again of the issues with the room. A member of staff came with me to inspect the issues complained of and once inspecting agreed with deficiencies and offered another room. It was 11pm now. The 2nd room offered also had stained bedding sheets and pillow and duvet covers. These were again highlighted to the hotel staff and they agreed. Time was taken to change bedding after which I was able to move into the room. In return I was offered complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay which I did not require and was not utilised. 3. I was ordering food via room service for the duration of my stay and had the option of making payment all in one go upon check out. On one occasion room service insisted that I make payment for the service for that particular day immediately without reason. The member of staff gave me part of my order and then explained that he needed to clarify the payment matter with his manager. The 2nd part of my order was brought to me after I’d finished my meal brought to me the first time round. I was disturbed constantly whilst trying to eat my meal after a long day. 4. Empty dishes were not collected after meals were finished even upon request. Dishes were left even when the room was done up. 5. The front desk staff refused to book any taxi when requested and informed that I should use Uber. 6. I was reliant upon taxis whilst staying in the hotel which I had to book myself. The taxi drivers informed me that they were being refused access to the hotel by the security guard at the barriers.

The hotel is not a place primarily used to accommodate people because it is used as a venue for weddings.

I did not like anything about my stay there.

The water from the shower head and tap in my room was red/brown water i.e. rusty water - I have attached a photo to my review. When I went down to ask for refund (this was only 30 mins in to me checking in), the owner was very rude and did not give me a refund which indicates that they care more about the money than their customers. After a 2 hour discussion I decided to go to Crowne Plaza - this was the same price and was 10 fold better than this hotel. Additionally although the staff were polite, it was hard to communicate with them in English. Would highly recommend going with hotel chains such as Crown Plaza!Just an FYI - Booking.com did a great job with taking my side on this. They called the hotel multiple times to force a refund. At the end booking.com gave me a small amount out of their own pocket which I appreciated.

Very good restaurant, could be bit cleaner, but ok. Very bad location as there are slams area (left side) when you get out of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe when get out at night. You should try to avoid the area, otherwise its a good hotel. Also, bit far from airport or Delhi city. with traffic at Delhi, it wasn’t very convenient.

The amenities are nice.

They host parities everyday til after midnight which can be very loud and disrupt your sleep. I also found cockroaches crawling in the restaurant table. The location of the hotel is far from most tourist attractions

The property was ok, but the reception staff were very arrogant. Their was one receptionist name Abishek and was not listening to what I had to say. The room was in 9th floor and the door lock was broken. I felt as if they gave us those rooms intentionally. I was very disappointed withbthe stay.I would never recommend this hotel to any body.

Quality of the room was bad. The kettles in the rooms were broken. The tv did not work properly. The location itself was very bad.

I had booked with break fast but totally denied and said my booking is with room only and no action was taken inspires of showing them all proof. They denied for break fast

If I talk about deluxe room is comfortable space..worth it every time I visit.. staff is very helpful in the best possible manner..security members complete staff is good Job.

As my stay in hotel is for work purpose priority is time saving & utilizing the complete stay..not getting my orders in room from porter or zomato & specially going down leaving my work behind twice or thrice is real trouble..also the food I ordered from outside can not be warm if requested & that is really weird..work kept me bzy & food got cold & they simply denied because the food was from outside & that is really bad gesture shown towards ur paid guest visiting frequently..

Break fast was very good.I got many things of my choice & taste. The location was also good.

T.V. Operation was not satisfactory. And also communication between guest& restaurant couldn’t find fair.

No light. Very very bad

No response. There was no light for 30 minutes. Then they were cleaning ac in front of me

This hotel is absolutely lovely, truly a 5 star hotel in India!!

The distance is very far from the airport & center of Delhi. with traffic often took me 1-2 hours from airport

I do booked hotel with breakfast. But they charge me 2050 rupees each day.Every time day request for pay first I am staying 5 nights , I request them every time paying is hassle but they 3/4 people stand by pay fist. What nonsense is it

This hotel is situated in dirty area. Price like 5 stars but facilities is very poor.Only breakfast quality and items are perfect.

Location is nice and have plenty of parking outside the Hotel.

No parking inside and no dormitory for Car drivers.

Great hotel. The restaurant is amazing, the staff is very polite and helpful, the room is very comfortable, the view from the windows is amazing.

No complaints. Minor problems (shower handle and fire protection system) were resolved very quickly - everything was fixed, everything was fine.

Nothing was really great.

Neglected by House keeping and room service people for not getting a water bottle asked for until we checked out, yet they didn't pay heed to it. Bathroom had a glass door missing which resulted in ensuring the water does flow out.They are clubbing twin bed and calling in a single bed which is highly uncomfortable and charging the same price.
