Only the cleaning staff is helpful, else the owner is rude n non flexible. Rooms are very tight n no space to breathe

choos the place cos of ratings but I feel they are FAKE….MOSQUITOs alert STAFF- In the start the staff was welcoming but soon From the owner to that at reception there was a rude approach and just poking and pushing the customers.Dont know how information should be shared BUT FORCING their own rules after check in but no information prior to check-in or booking.ABSOLUTELY ridiculous.Staff isn’t trained and can’t read instructions kept charging extra while Check-in and check out.Most rooms have bad smell ? in the room.For cutting cost they keep corridors light close and as we go in and out of the room, more and more mosquitoes come in to the room. Coils aren’t effective all.(NEED nets on window)

No amenities were provided as they should have been provided in a 3 star hotel. Rather the owner was charging for providing the basic necessities to the customer and made it a kind of compulsion to buy them too. Moreover outside food was not allowed so the customers have to either buy the food from the hotel at a higher rate or go out to the market for having his/her food. It is especially difficult for girls as the surrounding environment is not that friendly to the people. My overall stay was totally bad and I will make sure to never book such kind of hotel again. Total waste of money.
