It gives employment to handicapped (mute and deaf) as servers for room service. This is the best part of the hotel.

Everything - 1. reakfast highly unmanaged. My room had breakfast included but after one day I chose to pay again for room service breakfast. They lack experience serving people. 2. Room Cleaning - No cleaning for entire stay after reminders

The WIFI in this hotel is VERY BAD. I paid extra for high speed and barely got 15 MBPS. The room doors do not lock well and scary

It’s very expensive for the size of the suite and the facilities it provides. The rooms and fittings are quite dated too

Location was OK, but bit away from Metro. Food was good in the restaurant. Room suite size was good.

Too expensive, for the money they charged there was no proper quality toiletteries in the room. They know well they are the only hotel in that area and seem to be charging top $ demand & supply!!!

Very spacious (deluxe suite), big fridge and microwave allowed me to keep & warm up the food I brought from home, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very friendly staff & good value overall

I liked the peaceful environment, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The internet was good, which helped me manage my office work. My family also enjoyed the stay. Thank you for the good service!

The hotel staff were very polite.

The shower did not work. 3 seconds too hot and 3 seconds too cold. They changed our room but the shower still didn’t work as expected. Plus we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The stay, the room size, the quality of the stay. A frequenter of serviced apartments at a steal of a price. The staff were kind enough to upgrade us :)

Updation on minor niggles like bathroom window curtain not working

The location and Bar in the hotel were good.And they could support to pass my souvenirs to my colleagues.

The Second day, no bathroom mattress, small towel.Hotel person was waiting a chip after carrying the bag to my room… though I am not sure if it may be normal custom in India or not.More hospitality will be needed in case of this price of the hotel..

I was charged more than 2 times on booking.com vs. the receipt I signed on at the reception. And on website of the hotel prices are about 30% to 40% of booking.com prices.

I lieft something in the Safe in the Room, as I was in a rush to check out. After 5 to 6 hours I got a call from the Hotel and they had found and kept that valuable item of mine and asked me to come and pick it up. This could easily have not been reported by the cleaning staff or returned to me.

Bell Boy service during check out was delayed and this rushed my check out

There were shops just around the corner which was convenient for eating and drinking if you wanted stuff cheaper then the hotel food. The bell boys were super kind and helpful and it was neat and tidy.

Check in was horrible. Kept making me wait and assisting other people because one guest was bribing with 500 for another speaker to be placed in his room Ajay was assisting me but very interested in this one specific guest so Himanshu took over - He was polite and helpful. Water drainage makes a loud sound when you’re using the washbasin. Ironing boards are mini ones so if you’re going for work purposes with suits, rather get it dry cleaned before coming to this hotel. Overall, it’s not warm for a 5 star hotel. Doesn’t give those feel and the rooms are MUCH smaller then they look like in the pictures.

The food is wayyyy overpriced. You might as well stick to Zomato and not have dinners here.

The guy who opened the door with a moustache is very sweet. Food is also very good..

Staff called me to pay for Laundry bill twice while I already asked them before to pay it as soon as my laundry came back. Your staff needs to understand that the guest might be asleep after a really long working day and that it's not fair to call them like this again and again. No other hotel does that.
