The staff were very good, very nice . The hotel Location was just what I wanted within my vicinity

Food, room facilities, were below average, basically substandard.The hotel has not many things to offer on recreational activities.

Very non-maintained property,Poor food , unhygienic room and bedsheet were horrible. For just tandoori chicken they took 1.15 min . Untidy curtain and bad smell in rooms . Plumbing issue in washroom . The above details are of the best room that they have we saw 5 rooms before putting in our bags .Every single room was smelling.Locals of near by area were you this hotel for a drinking and party like road side oyo .Would suggest not to waste your money on this property.Dont get taken away from the name it's a⭐⭐ property

location was perfect and food was delicious.

Room size was bit small

Excellent breakfast. Pool was clean. Garden and playing facilities were good. Staff was very courteous. I actually called your hotel a hidden "gem" while speaking to my friend about our stay. Well done. And All the Best.

Bathroom could have been planned a little bigger. But you can't do anything about it.

Food and room

Swimming pool was under maintenance but it was not informed to us before arriving there for check in.

Swimming pools and breakfast arrangements are very good

Dinner is not good because veg option limited and serve khichri in veg option.

1.The location is right at the Delhi – Jaipur highway. Very convenient. Although the Entry of the Hotel is quite elusive, I missed it the very first time. Very close to the original Old Rao restaurant.2.Staff was Polite. 3.Size of the rooms was justified for two-three people stay. They appear to be clean with few of the basic amenities missing. But that is okay.

1.MOST HORRIBLE experience was that one of my family members got a pea size stone in his Dal Tadka. This is totally unethical and unacceptable from a hotel who is been associated with such a big name like ITC Hotels. Anything could have happened if he did not have find out it at the right time. Also, the taste of many of their items were on spicier side, which is not suitable for elderly and small children. The concerned Head Chef should keep this in mind that people from every stratum can visit their restaurant so he should prepare food with a common subtle taste, which would be liked by everybody. (I am attached the pic of the Feedback form which I submitted to the Hotel Food section)2.Only the hotel area, which comprised of the rooms, restaurants, reception etc and Swimming pool was well maintained, rest of the property wasn’t well maintained as it should be. The banquets area, the parking area for the banquets, various other buildings in the property was looking like a Barren Place or something. The whole approach of the property wasn’t very pleasing.3.The in-room services were okay okay, not upto the mark. Sometimes there was huge delay & you had to call second or third time. I found the staff lazy and laidback. They weren’t prompt enough to any of the request until that “Stone in Food” incident happened. After that they all were prompt enough and off course why wouldn’t they be not.4.Comparatively the ROOM RENT was on a higher end. I have stayed in much better property in lesser ROOM RENT. It would have been justifiable if the amenities which they have provided were upto the mark.

First of all, I am going to say is that I booked this property just because of the name ITC Hotels was associated with it, even though I got mixed reviews before visiting the property from my known ones who visited this property earlier. The stay was not up to the mark which I thought it was going to be. There were good elements as well as many bad ones too. I am going to cover all. The behaviour of staff members are very supportive. The service level of the property maintained the culture of ITC Group

Servise is very poor. There was some wedding at property. All are occupied there. Served us dinner at 11:00 pm.

Location and Breakfast was good. Rooms were okay - a bit old. Amenities no way closer to a 4 star ITC group hotel. Staff tried their best to manage within limitations.

In room wardrobe, mini fridge are just tick box - need replacement. The within room all furnishings are age old and dusty. Almost nothing for kids' enjoyment. It seems the hotel is running only on business trips and marriage booking.

Location and Pool

Cleanliness was average. Lobby Carpet was very dirty. Room fittings toilets were average or poorly maintained. Overall Property is not maintained upto the level of having tag of ITC group.

Major faults

The sliding door of bathroom was not closing. We had to do all washroom business with the sliding door open. That was horrible.Also the cold water pressure in the wash basin was very low so we had to wash hands with hot water. The wash basin drain was also blocked probably as the water was draining very slowly.Other than these problems all else was satisfactory.I didnt complain about these issues to the hotel staff while i was staying there because i didnt have the time and energy to get them rectified during my stay. Also i think these are too big faults which should never have been there in an ITC hotel.
