Eros Hotel New Delhi

The staff at the Eros Hotel were very courteous.

The room had a strange smell. It also was pretty outdated which did not show from the advertising pictures.

Taxes on the cost of the hotel. Quoted one price and ithen 48% taxes were added on. You should give the total charges.

When I got there they informed me that my booking had been for the previous night I had to rebook and repay

Staff were amazing, breakfast fantastic!

The location of the property is great and centrally located. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The Chinese restaurant is amazing.

The property is a little dated and could do with some renovation. The paint was coming off in many places in the corridor and there was dampness

As always the hotel and staff were fabulous. Last year I stayed at the hotel and forgot to mention the care and attention of the housekeeping staff— both this year and last. Special commendation is extended to jogesh — who went out of his way to take special care of my garments.

Room spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff excellent. Enough water provided and pool area beautiful with flowers and gardens extraordinary.

Location of the property

Have been visiting this property since last many years, however, their plumbing issues seem to be endless.just to name a few.:The knob to turn regular bath tap to handheld shower popped out and the water gushed up to the ceiling. The sink tap handles didn’t work properly . Sink water took for ever to drain.The toilet seat was looseThere were some smaller things too. I would say they need to have some good plumbing service company. And flush didn’t work … you had to yank it a few times for each flush

Breakfast was good. However, selections could be changed daily and made betterLocation is great and very central to South DelhiChinese restaurant is very good

Hotel is a little older now and should be revamped/ upgraded. The walls on our floor were damaged due to dampnessFor new year eve, all restaurants were shut to order from the menu. Please consider keeping one restaurant open for people staying in the hotel

I really loved the room, which was actually a 2-room, 2-bath suite. Very clean and spacious! The lobby, gym, shops, bar and main dining room were also fantastic. The breakfast was excellent and extensive.

Initially, there wasn't enough light in the living room. But I asked for a standing lamp and someone brought one in right away, which took care of the issue perfectly.

There isn’t much that I liked about the stay.

The room smelled like wet carpet and all the furnishings felt damp/musty. The air conditioning felt more like an evaporative cooler causing the room to feel “wet”. I stayed for seven nights and left with an upper respiratory infection due to the wetness and mustiness of the room, in addition to the air quality in Delhi. Essentially, my lungs and sinuses has no reprieve - bad air quality and constant dust/dirt exposure outside and musty, old wetness inside. It was awful.

The front office team and duty manager are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is as usual to any five-star standard. Location is good.

Need little renovation as now lot of better things have come. Like improvement in bathroom needed for shower system and diverters. Shower should not be in bathtub, to me it is safety hazard.

Clean. Good food, great staff. Baked me a cake to recognize my lengthy and very frequent stay

TV program. Can only watch YouTube. other has to subscribe or own account. I have feedback to frontdesk on how to use the TV for more TV program, he promise to send people to check, but didn't turn up.

Better quality tea/coffee in the room.

Tea/coffe quality in room

The front desk executive Manpreet Kaur - she was arguing with me over producing the back side of the Aadhar card of my partner. She was unhelpful and rude, had a Punjabi egoistic attitude which is quite the opposite of what one needs in a hotel industry. I had already provided both sides of my Aadhar card, plus front side of Aadhar of my partner, which clearly contains the Aadhar number.Plus I had requested hard mattress due to a spinal issue, but I was not provided with the same. Plus the food this time was also not good,.

This was my second stay at the hotel. I chose to stay here because everything was great on my first stay. Rooms and beds were great! Friendly and helpful staff, except for the staff at the reception desk, who are less friendly. It was weird because everyone else who works there is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The food options were tasty and never made me sick like at another hotel in Delhi, which I'm grateful for.

Howevr 2 observations - 1. Hotel interiors kept chilled, wonder why2. We had a dinner at your one of the fine dine restaurant at G floor. However, many people were smoking in the lawn, so couldn't enjoy the dinner. plUS LOT OF MOSCUITOS. 3. Food was not up to the mark

Lobby is wonderful. Personal is very helpful. We had comfortable stay for 3 nights.
