No satisfaction honestly .

I booked this hotel room earlier and they provided me a very small room which was very suffocated I told them to change that room they don't cooperate with me and after 4-5 hours they provided me a room there was no water supply and the staff was very illiterate. The lift was not working even though I was stuck in that lift and the staff was laughing when they saw me and yelled at me like you don't give any command . Canteen workers are so rude not to answer your questions they suddenly cut your calls . In short not recommended.

i ask for bath towel twice-- first they give dirty one and later the wet one so next i didt ask for replacement -- they didnt provide room footwear too

Good AC and breakfast.

No water in the taps, couldn't take a bath before checkout. No complimentary water bottle. In the facilities free parking is mentioned but no parking is there, they told that in parking area some construction is going on and it won't be available.

The staff were very courteous.

The room very dirty when I checked in with hair on the floor. The bathroom taps and closet were broken. All the switch boards were half open with the live wires coming out.

Clean room and good bed.

There is no window in the room. There was a damp smell in the room.

This Green view hotel was a kind of scam I would say.

The photo of the room and location showed in Booking.com is absoultely Fake and Wrong. It was a congested, old, small and very bad location hotel. The location map in Booking.com is fake, it actually few kms away. And as I had to partially pay before checking, so there is no scope for cancelling, even I tried to check out earlier than my scheduled booking, but price was almost as same as 3 days.
