Location and non adjusted windows where you cannot open them to get refreahing air.

The location is decent

The room service is exceptionally slow. We ordered for tea for my mom as she had to eat something and take her medicine. They took one full hour to deliver tea after multiple follow up. The bathroom flush was horrible and did not flush appropriately. Overall the facilities were very poor.

Rooms are not maintained, no hot water, bathroom has so many maintenance and not clean, food was not up to the mark.

I did not like anything about this hotel very old decor and the room was not even. I also like to complain for my money back that’s how bad it was. I have stay in 20-30 properties with booking. Com and never complained if use don’t do anything I will not use booking.com again

Bad experience

Reception staff was rude and confused and just trying to avoide any kind of help, I asked for the window room one week prior they said we will provide then on the day of check in they said we are sold out, they said we will provide next day , next day they said we don't have any room vacant and they were avoiding any conversation, and we saw the half of the hotel rooms were vacant, still they didn't give, you call room service they won't come, you have to call them atleast 3 times, even the RO water was chargeable after 2 bottles per day.

The stay wasn’t value for money… Breakfast was very poor… and service was bad!

Room which they provide second time after lot of fitting wit staff. and Bathroom was clean, comfortable Bed sheet.

First room which they allocated me, which was truly uncomfortable bed its hard ned sheet no one can sleep on that.

Horrible hotel. Breakfast was very limited and not at all tasty. Chef didn’t even know to cook a good omelette. Reception area was full of mosquitoes. First night didn’t provide non veg. Second night, after insisting, chicken was served. But the chicken quality was bad. Only saving grace is the staff were good. Better to avoid this hotel unless you are compelled to stay due to proximity to your official work,

Worst Hotel • We had to ask for bathroom accessories (slipper, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit etc.) which should be put before the arrival of guests.• The Room TV was not working, I raised a complaint but nobody has come to fix it. • The Room Furniture was looked too old, & The Room Furniture was looked too old, & bed mattress did not covered from the cover. Inside foam is showing. • The Room Switch was brooked. (I am sharing the image)• The bathroom Washbasin not taked water properly. (I am sharing the image, I have video also)• We arrived at 7.30 Am (which we already mentioned in the request box) but they charged 1000 Rs. The staff were cordial. Room was good.

Breakfast menu.Late night connectivity is bad. The whole are is cordoned off till 5am. Cabs outrightly refuse.

The staff was cooperative and helpful and the location is pretty good.

Not upto the standard of a premium range hotel and was unexpected from a Sarovar hotel, the rooms were not maintained and looked like some old hotel. It needs a serious renovation and maintenance. Also the breakfast menu is very boring and repetitive, they served Chole Bhature for 5 days in a week.
